Heads up, BPA Students! Clearance Signing Requirements 📣
As the semester comes to a close, it’s time to settle our clearances! To ensure a smooth, organized, and hassle-free process, please be guided by the official requirements below for both SAS and SYPA clearance signing. 👇
📌 SAS CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS (2nd Semester)
For 1st Year to 3rd Year:
1️⃣ ID Validated
2️⃣ Verification Slip from LIBRARY
3️⃣ Medical and Dental Signed (Cleared)
4️⃣ SSG Unified CLEARANCE
5️⃣ Proof of Faculty Evaluation (from Guidance Office)
For 4th Year:
1️⃣ ID VALIDATED (surrender)
2️⃣ Verification Slip from LIBRARY
3️⃣ SSG Unified CLEARANCE
4️⃣ Submission/Filling out of NSRP Forms
5️⃣ Follow OMSC Job Placement PAGE
6️⃣ Attendance to LEGS (Guidance Office)
7️⃣ Proof of Mock Interview (Guidance Office)
8️⃣ Proof of Faculty Evaluation (Guidance Office)
9️⃣ Proof of E-Registration to Department of Migrant Workers
📌 SYPA CLEARANCE GUIDELINES & REMINDERS
⚠️ Important Rules:
• By Section Only: Clearances will be processed per section, and only the Section President is authorized to submit the clearances to the SYPA Office.
• Required Signature: We will NOT sign any clearance that does not include the written name of the SYPA President, KAREL P. RODRIGUEZ, on the unified clearance form issued by the Supreme Student Government.
