Para po sa mga estudyanteng nagtatanong sa scholarship, ibinaba na po sa ating barangay ang programang Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars. Pakibasa na lamang pong mabuti ang minimum qualifications at magiging proseso..kung qualified po kayo, magpasa po kayo Ng simpleng BioData para sa inyong personal information sa office Ng Secretary sa barangay hall sa Guzmanville sa Lunes. Dahil LIMA (5) lamang po Ang kailangan, only those who meet the criteria will be entertained....
SECTION 3. QUALIFICATIONS. Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:
a) Must be an incoming fourth-year college student for AY 2026–2027;
b) Must be a Filipino citizen;
c) Must belong to a marginalized, low-income, or vulnerable household; and
d) Must be at risk of dropping out due to financial constraints.
Priority may be given to applicants whose families have no member who has completed tertiary education.
In the absence of qualified fourth-year or graduating college students, the Barangay may select third-year college students, TESDA scholars, or recent college or TESDA graduates requiring support for licensure examinations or National Certification (NC).
SECTION 4. SELECTION PROCESS. The Barangay Council, through its Committee on Education, shall identify and recommend five (5) qualified scholars who are bona fide residents of the Barangay.
Selection shall be based on the criteria provided under Section 3, and shall be conducted in a transparent, objective, and non-partisan manner.
