Nagsagawa ang Phase B HOA sa pangunguna ni HOA President Manuel "Butch" Buce kasama ang mga volunteer residents ng minor road repair sa kanto ng main road at ng kalsada papasok ng block 5 ( harap ng covered court ). Layunin ng minor road repair na magbigay ng mas maayos na dadaanan ang mga residenteng nakatira sa nasabing lugar.

Pasasalamat sa mga taos pusong nag donate ng mga materyales at nagpaabot ng tulong upang maisakatuparan ang nasabing repair :

FULL SUPPORT!!

Ang opisyales ng HOA sa pangunguna ni President Butch Buce at Youth & Sports Development Committee Head Jun Magno ay sumuporta mula umpisa hanggang huli sa mga kabataang nag representa ng Phase B sa ginanap na SK League.

Hindi man pinalad makamit ang Kampeonato ay ginawa naman lahat ng mga kabataang ito ang kanilang makakaya upang umabot sa finals.

Asahan ninyo na ang HOA ng Phase B ay lubos na susuporta sa mga anumang aktibidad pangpalakasan.

Nagkabit po ang pamunuan ng HOA sa pangunguna ni Pres. Butch Buce ng CCTV sa kanto ng Block 5, Block 3 at Block 2 (Slow Down). Layunin ng CCTV ay magbigay ng karagdagang proteksyon sa mga residente at upang mamonitor ang mga residenteng nagtatambak ng basura kahit di pa oras ng pagkolekta.

Ang ipinangbili ng mga CCTV ay galing sa kinokolektang monthly dues sa bawat miyembro at donasyon mula sa mga concerned residents.

Asahan po ninyo ang tuloy tuloy na serbisyo mula sa hanay ng mga officers ng HOA kahit sa aming huling 4 buwan na panunungkulan.
