Sarmiento, Former City Mayor of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan who dream to uplift the lives not only of Angel members but the people in the community with the value and culture of helping one another. Its goal is to use the organization to be the medium to learn and enjoy the very concept of “PAGTUTULUNGAN SA ANGEL_ITO C_LUB”. Angel_Ito C_lub is a non-government organization (NGO) duly registered an
d recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commiission on February 14, 2000 with SEC. A20006114. Its main programs and activities focused on four fundamental missions towards the CAPACITY BUILDING TO SURVIVE: Angel Karunungan, Angel Kabuhayan, Angel Kapayapaan and Angel Kalusugan. Angel_Ito C_lub or Angel Club (as commonly called) members believe in a principle of “pay-forward” “Tulong ko, itulong mo! Ang tulong mo, itutulong ko!”. Likewise, “Walang mayaman na hindi nangangailangan at walang mahirap na walang maibibigay.” (No one is too rich not to receive and no one is too poor not to give). Through the Angel_Ito Club “Kabuhayan Program”, it gives an idea to form a cooperative named Angel_Ito Club Multipurpose Cooperative to be able to help the members to wants to be an entrepreneur by themselves. The cooperative is a duly organized and registered multi-purpose cooperative under Cooperative Development Authority Registered No.9517. It started its operation in year 2007. They currently are operating 7 stalls for food and beverages operating at night. Through its continuous service to the public and achievement of their goals, it became one of the Most Outstanding Cooperative in City of San Jose del Monte in year 2010.
