BREAKING: Kumpirmado na ng BulSU Admin ang pagbubukas ng A.Y. 2025-2026, tuloy na tuloy na raw ang July 21 na pasukan.

Matapos makarating ang balitang ito sa Konseho ng Mag-aaral, agarang nagpasa ng petition letter ang kasalukuyang Rehente at Presidente ng Mag-aaral sa Tanggapan ng Pangulo ng pamantasan upang kundenahin ang agarang pagbubukas ng klase at unahin ang kapakanan ng mag-aaral ng pamantasan.

Alinsunod ito sa datos na nakalap ng BulSU SG Research and Development Committee na animnapung porsyente ng mga mag-aaral ang hindi sang-ayon sa pagpapa-aga ng pasukan (July 21), malaking bahagdan din ang nagsaad na hindi sapat ang mga araw upang makapagpahinga mula sa katatapos lamang na mid-year classes o sadyang hindi talaga kakayaning matapos ang required hours para sa mga estudyanteng nasa ilalim ng internship sa kanilang mga curriculum.

Dagdag pasakit pa ang mabagal at hindi praktikal na bagong enrollment system na patuloy na naglulukmok sa paghihirap ng mga Iskolar ng bayan.

Bitbit nating panawagan ang mga sumusunod:

Iusad ang pagbubukas ng klase sa ika-11 ng Agosto, upang magkaroon ng sapat na oras para sa enrollment, orientation, at transition.

Kung nais man ng administrasyon na huwag lumayo sa kanilang timeline ay iminumungkahing isapinal ang pabubukas ng klase at gawin ito sa ika-4 ng Agosto, mas isang resonableng petsa upang magkaroon ng maayos na adjustment sa lahat ng mga gawain sa pamantasan.

Kailangang matandaan muli ng mga nasa tuktok ng administrasyon na ang mga mag-aaral ang siyang puso at buhay ng pamantasan, kailangan nating tumindig at magbigay ng sapat at maayos na konsiderasyon para sa ikabubuti ng mga Iskolar ng bayan.

[OVPREI-OVPAA JOINT MEMORANDUM NO. 11 s. 2025]

Please be informed of the following dates regarding the official enrollment schedule for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2025–2026

As part of the University’s full transition to its new School Management System, students and faculty members will begin receiving notices via email on July 15 to activate their respective accounts.

Students are required to activate and use only their Microsoft email accounts for SMS access. Those who have not activated their Microsoft accounts are advised to do so immediately.
Faculty members shall continue using their existing BulSU email accounts. For your guidance, please refer to the annexed
instructions in this memorandum.

Should students encounter issues with account activation, they may either submit their concern via the official support form:
https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/aNjipwdHGC or proceed to the ICT Office located at the Ground Floor of Natividad Hall, Main Campus for in-person technical support.

To ensure smooth enrollment, on-site support teams will be available at the following locations:

Main Campus (2nd Floor, BulSU eLibrary); Bustos Campus; Sarmiento Campus; and San Rafael Campus. Students from Meneses and Hagonoy Campuses may proceed to the Main Campus for assistance if necessary.

Buong pusong nagpapasalamat ang mga kawani ng Bulacan State University- Sarmiento Campus sa ating Dekano, Prop. Gerald C. Hilario, para sa kanyang natatanging papel sa pamantasan. Taglay ang dedikasyon, higit niyang pinagtibay ang mga adbokasiyang nagsusulong sa pagpapabuti ng kalidad ng edukasyon para sa mga mag-aaral. On September 28, 2024, a successful 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 was conducted for officers from various organizations at Bulacan State University Sarmiento Campus. Organized by the Office of the Student Organizations (OSO), the event aimed to enhance the leadership abilities of young leaders.

A special thank you also to our esteemed guest speaker, Mr. Jaylord Pagadora and to his team Every Nation Campus ( ENC ) whose leadership training inspired and motivated all participants. Through his insightful lessons on essential leadership and effective management skills, Mr. Pagadora empowered us to grow as leaders. His guidance also helped strengthen the bond among the university's leaders, paving the way for a brighter and more successful future. We are truly grateful for his inspirational lesson, We hope that we will be a great leaders like you are in the future.
