Student leaders from across the division gathered with energy and purpose, kicking off a 3 day(July, 30 - Aug, 1) regional seminar with interactive sessions and powerful conversations focused on youth empowerment, mental health awareness, and reproductive health at Circulo Convention Center, Pueblo de Panay Township, Lawaan, Roxas City.

𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 na may temang: "𝑴𝑨𝑻𝑨𝑻𝑨𝑮 𝒏𝒂 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒌𝒂𝒔𝒚𝒐𝒏, 𝑴𝑨𝑻𝑨𝑻𝑨𝑮 𝒏𝒂 𝑲𝑨𝑹𝑨𝑲𝑻𝑬𝑹 𝑴𝑶𝑹𝑨𝑳: 𝑲𝒂𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒃𝒂𝒕 𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒌𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒕 𝑷𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒐" na pinangunahan ng Barkada Kontra Droga at Kabataan sa Pambansang Samahan para sa Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao officers, noong Lunes, Nobyembre 13, 2023.

Sa pagdiriwang na ito, binibigyan natin ng pagpapahalaga ang mga nagpapakatibay sa pundasyon ng ating lipunan. Isa itong pagkakataon na balikan natin ang mga prinsipyong nagbigay-halaga sa ating pagkakakilanlan bilang mga Pilipino.

Ang pagpapahalaga sa pamilya, katapatan, at respeto ay mga halaga na nagbibigay buhay sa ating komunidad. Sa pagtataguyod ng mga ito, tayo'y nagiging mas matatag bilang isang bansa.

Sa pag-unlad ng teknolohiya at modernisasyon, mahalaga pa rin ang pagpapahalaga sa ating mga tradisyon at kultura. Ito ang nagbibigay saysay sa ating pagiging Pilipino, nag-uugma sa nakaraan habang nagtataglay ng pag-asa para sa hinaharap.
