Regular Students - 2nd Year and above (without INC, 4.00 and 5.00)
June 16 - BSGE, BSFT, BSABEN, BSIT and BSDC
June 17 - BSAB, BSBA and BSHM
June 18 - BSA, DVM, BEED, BSED Eng and Sci
โ๏ธ Enrollment Process for REGULAR STUDENTS (2nd yr and above - without INC, 4.00 and 5.00)
1. Submit your duly signed Clearance Form to your Program Chair.
2. Once verified by the Program Chair as a REGULAR STUDENT, affix your signature to the INTENT TO ENROLL FORM (End of process for the students).
3. The Intent to Enroll Form and the Clearance Form will be forwarded by the Program Chair to the OCR for processing.
4. The students will be enrolled based on the offered subjects in their designated section and year level.
5. The Certificate of Registration (COR) will be forwarded to your Program Chair or Class Mayor for distribution at a later date.

June 30 - BSA with last name starting S to Z

โ๏ธ Enrollment Process for IRREGULAR STUDENTS (2nd yr and above - with INC, 4.00 and 5.00)
1. Submit your duly signed Clearance Form to your Program Chair.
2. Once verified by the Program Chair as an IRREGULAR STUDENT, the Pre-Advising Form will be provided that indicates the subject(s) (with section) to be enrolled.
3. Proceed to the Office of the College Registrar and present the Pre-Advising Form and Clearance Form for processing.
4. If qualified for the Free Higher Education (Unifast Scholar), wait for your Certificate of Registration Form (End of process for UNIFAST SCHOLAR).
5. If NOT qualified for the Free Higher Education, wait for the Pre-Assessment Form.
6. Present the Pre-Assessment Form to the Accounting Office and Cashierโs Office to pay the required fees. Wait for the Official Receipt.
7. Return to the Office of the College Registrar, present the Official Receipt, and wait for the Certificate of Registration Form (End of process for PAYING STUDENTS).

Graduate Studies
July 13 to 18
โ๏ธ Enrollment Process for Graduate Studies
1. Submit your duly signed Clearance Form to your Program Chair.
2. Once verified by the Program Chair, the Pre-Advising Form will be provided that indicates the subject(s) (with section) to be enrolled.
3. Proceed to the Office of the College Registrar and present the Pre-Advising Form and Clearance Form for processing. Wait for the Pre-Assessment Form.
4. Present the Pre-Assessment Form to the Accounting Office and Cashierโs Office to pay the required fees. Wait for the Official Receipt.
5. Return to the Office of the College Registrar, present the Official Receipt, and wait for the Certificate of Registration Form (End of process).

โผ Reminders โผ
a. Students who are not qualified for the Free Higher Education will need to process their enrollment as normal, as they will need to go to the Accounting Office and Cashier's Office to pay the required fees.
b. Changing of Section is not allowed once enrolled.
c. The Request for Subject Offering shall only be allowed to graduating students and as requested by a minimum of fifteen (15) irregular students who had failed the subject and transferee student(s) who is in need of the subject based on their curriculum.
d. The signing of the Pre-Advising Form will be done on their respective College/Institute.
e. BASC is still transitioning to the new University Information System, hence, the schedule and procedures posted above may still change if system errors and glitches are observed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
f. Some schedules in the COR will be displayed as TBA. The schedule(s) will be posted by the respective College/Institute/Campus FB Pages.
g. The OCR will be closed on July 6 to 11 (Graduation Week). Regular office transactions will resume on July 13, 2026.
