The BUPHARCO Youth Savers (BYS) Leadership Camp 2026 has successfully come to an end. Guided by the theme: “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations: Becoming the Generation that Connects, Innovates, and Leads Together”.

The two-day camp became more than just a gathering; it was an opportunity for our young leaders to connect with one another, discover new ideas, embrace innovation, and strengthen their commitment to lead together. Throughout the camp, our BYS participants gained meaningful insights into the importance of understanding different perspectives while working toward a shared purpose. They were reminded that although we may come from different backgrounds and experiences, we share common aspirations—to grow, create positive change, and build a better future together.

The camp also highlighted that leadership is not simply about taking the lead—it is about connecting people, listening to others, embracing new ideas, and working together toward meaningful solutions.

To our BYS participants, thank you for your enthusiasm, active participation, and willingness to learn. Your energy and passion are proof that the future of the cooperative movement is in capable hands.

EMOTIONS MATTER. MENTAL WELL-BEING MATTERS.

The BUPHARCO Youth Savers (BYS) members and officers took part in the Mental Health Program with the theme “Inside Out: A Journey Through Emotions and Mental Well-Being” organized by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Poblacion, Valencia City.

Held on July 22, 2026, at Jocels Garden, Valencia City, the program provided a meaningful space for young people to learn more about their emotions, understand themselves better, and recognize the importance of caring for their mental well-being.

As young cooperative members, the BYS believes that building a better future also means taking care of our minds, our emotions, and one another. Because every emotion deserves to be understood, every voice deserves to be heard, and every young person deserves support.
