SECOND BATCH DONE, KA-SIYENSYAS! ♻️💙

We’re keeping the momentum going! Our second batch of plastic bottles has officially been deposited into the Sparklo Machine at SM La Union! ♻️🌱

This time, we successfully deposited 74 plastic bottles, giving them a second life and keeping them away from becoming waste. 🌎💙

A pat on the back to our Logistics staffs Rachelle Samson and Liam Chan, and Grade 12 Coordinator Jazzlyn Gamo for making this second batch happen! Your efforts are another step toward a cleaner and greener community. 🫶♻️

With our first and second batches, we’re getting closer to our goal—one bottle at a time! 💙✨

Learning is better when we learn together. ✨💡
Way to go, Ka-Siyensyas!

On September 8, 2026, the BHC YES-O conducted the ARAL Program for the second time, giving students an opportunity to review and strengthen their understanding of Science. This followed the program’s first session held on August 26, 2026, continuing YES-O’s efforts to support students in their learning.

Our YES-O officers once again took on the role of facilitators, leading the sessions and sharing their knowledge with fellow students through various Science topics.

After the discussion, students were given an activity sheet to apply what they had learned and check their understanding of the lesson, with the assistance of the officers.

With every question answered and concept explored, the ARAL Program became another opportunity for students to learn, improve, and grow together. 🩵📖

We have a NEST-TASTIC announcement! 🪺✨

We’re proud to share that BHC YES-O has officially adopted a sea turtle nest through CURMA’s Adopt-A-Nest Program! 🌊🐢

Through this initiative, we are helping support the monitoring, protection, and care of sea turtle nests, contributing to the safety and survival of these endangered species. 💙

Together, let’s continue to protect our shores, preserve marine life, and give our sea turtles a safer future! 🌱🐢

Stay tuned and watch out for our upcoming activities with CURMA this November, Ka-siyensyas! 👀🌊 More details will be shared soon, so make sure to keep an eye out and get ready to join us in making a difference for our marine environment. 🐢💙

FIRST BATCH DONE, KA-SIYENSYAS! ♻️💙

We’re officially off to a great start! 🎉 The first batch of plastic bottles has been successfully deposited into the Sparklo Machine at SM La Union! ♻️💫

Over the past month, we were able to collect a total of 1,609 plastic bottles, and for our first batch, 374 bottles have now been deposited and recycled! 🙌🏼💙

To make this first batch happen, our President Reese, Financial Manager Myles, PIO Catelyn, and Grade 10 Coordinator Shane, personally brought the collected bottles to SM La Union and deposited them into the SPARKLO machine. 🫶🏼💫

That’s 374 bottles given a second life and kept from ending up as waste. 🌱♻️

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our collection! 🫶🏼 Your efforts, no matter how big or small, help us take another step toward a cleaner and greener community. Let’s keep going and make every bottle count! 💙
