AUGUST 14, 2026 | SMX CONVENTION CENTER CLARK
From Action with Impact to Empower
Leadership transitions, but the commitment to serve continues.
The PICPA Pampanga Chapter held its 61st Induction and Turnover Ceremonies in conjunction with the Regional Sectoral Summit for Government on August 14, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center Clark.
The ceremony marked the conclusion of the term of Outgoing Chapter President Mark Christian C. De Jesus, whose Fiscal Year 2025–2026 administration carried the theme “Action with Impact.” We recognize and appreciate his leadership and contributions to the chapter and its members.
The chapter now welcomes Incoming Chapter President Francis S. Mayled for Fiscal Year 2026–2027, whose administration carries the theme “Empower.” Along with the newly inducted officers and Board of Directors, he takes on the responsibility of leading the chapter toward greater member engagement, professional development, collaboration, and service.
The event also featured the Regional Sectoral Summit for Government, providing CPAs with timely updates through two technical sessions:
Procurement Updates and Strategies under the New Government Procurement Act (RA No. 12009) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations
Lynn S. F. Sicangco, CPA
PICPA National Sectoral Director for Government, FY 2026–2027
2026 Tax Trends, Reforms, and Compliance Developments
Meynard L. Sardalla, CPA
Tax Manager, SGV & Co.
The sessions offered practical and relevant insights on procurement and taxation, strengthening the capacity of CPAs to navigate current developments affecting the profession and the sectors they serve.
More than a change in leadership, the gathering reflected PICPA Pampanga’s continuing commitment to professional excellence, lifelong learning, collaboration, and service.
As the chapter moves from “Action with Impact” to “Empower,” may this new administration build on what has been accomplished, create new opportunities for its members, and further advance the profession.
Congratulations to Outgoing President Mark Christian C. De Jesus, Incoming President Francis S. Mayled, the officers and directors, and the entire PICPA Pampanga Chapter.
A new leadership. A shared purpose. A stronger PICPA Pampanga.
