The President of the Wound Care Nurses Society was invited by Dr. Choi Bondoc, Dean of the College of Nursing at Holy Angels University in Angeles, Pampanga, to speak at the Dr. Marietta H. Gaddi Lecture Series.

The seminar, titled "Optimizing Wound Healing: Evidence-Driven Nursing Interventions" (Wound Care 101), was sponsored by the students and alumnae of the college. It was well-attended by nearby hospitals and clinics from Pampanga and Bulacan, with participants coming from as far as Tarlac and Pangasinan.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share evidence-based wound care practices with our fellow nurses. Thank you to everyone who registered and joined us on April 24, 2026 – your commitment to advancing nursing education is inspiring.

We are waiting for the confirmation of payment (CPDAS) and once this is done, saka po natin post and final poster ng workshop so everyone can register.

The venue is PNA National Office Manila (san marcelino malate manila), the date was change na rin due to unavailability of the speaker, June 27 and 28, 2026 ang naka apply sa CPD.

Another good news, meron po accomodation and PNA - Pambansang Samahan ng mga Nars ng Pilipinas na pwede ninyo iavail kaya hindi na kayo aalis sa building though limited slot lang po dahil alam nyo naman di karamihan rooms nila pero atleast meron para sa mauunang magpa reserve, other wise marami din naman hotel sa area.
