Join us this February 14, 2026 at SM City La Union (in from of Cinema), Brgy. Biday, City of San Fernando, La Union for the 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆-𝑳𝑨𝑽𝑨𝑵 𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝑩𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒉 — a safe, confidential, and stigma-free space for health, love, and empowerment.

This initiative is led by iECHO Support Advocacy Inc., in partnership with the City Health Office of San Fernando, Sustained Health Initiatives of the Philippines, Inc., and in strong collaboration with the Provincial Health Office of La Union.

The 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆-𝑳𝑨𝑽𝑨𝑵 𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝑩𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒉 aims to promote awareness, inclusivity, and community engagement in HIV prevention, treatment, and support by serving as a safe, confidential, and stigma-free space grounded on the following pillars:
𝑳𝑰𝑵𝑲𝑬𝑫 – Strengthening care and support systems
𝑨𝑪𝑪𝑬𝑺𝑺 – Equal access to testing and treatment
𝑽𝑶𝑰𝑪𝑬 – Ending stigma through dialogue and advocacy
𝑨𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 – Delivering effective prevention and care
𝑵𝑶𝑵-𝑻𝑹𝑨𝑵𝑺𝑴𝑰𝑺𝑺𝑰𝑩𝑳𝑬 𝑼=𝑼 – Undetectable = Untransmittable

The Gender and Development (GAD) Scholarship Program now accepts applications for the following scholarship programs:
1. Science and Technology Education Scholarship (STES)
2. Dungngo Scholarship Program
3. Ayat Scholarship Program

These scholarship programs are based on City Ordinance No. 2024-43 or the Education Code of the City of San Fernando. For interested applicants, please see the details in the photos below.

Submit your requirements at the GAD Office before the qualifying examination on October 25, 2025. Qualified applicants will be notified by the GAD Office via text message.

Be one against AIDS ✊️

On December 1, World AIDS Day is commemorated with the theme "Take the rights path: My health, my right!"

In celebration to this, the City Health Office will be conducting the "Lakad ng Pagkakaisa: Sama-sama Tayo sa Pagtaguyod ng Ligtas na Kinabukasan kontra HIV!" on December 1, 5 PM, in front of City Health Office, Marcos Building. Registration starts at 3PM.
