Narito na ang mga forms para sa paghahain ng Certificate of Candidacy (COC) para sa darating na November 2, 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Elections.

I-scan lamang ang QR code para ma-download ang COC form ng nais mong posisyon.

The Distribution of School Supplies is an educational assistance initiative of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Lupi intended to support learners by providing basic school supplies needed for their studies.

The project will cater to Junior High School, Senior High School, and ALS learners aged 15–30 years old who are bona fide residents of Barangay Lupi. Through this initiative, the SK aims to help lessen the cost of educational materials while encouraging learners to remain engaged and motivated in their education.

Applicants must submit ONE (1) valid proof of current enrollment:
- School ID; or
- Certificate of Enrollment

Barangay Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2026, entitled:
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS OF BARANGAY LUPI, SAN FERNANDO, CAMARINES SUR, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

The Educational Assistance Program for College Students is an initiative of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Lupi established through the above-mentioned ordinance to provide financial assistance to qualified college students who are bona fide residents of the barangay.

The program aims to help lessen the financial burden of students and their families by providing educational assistance that may be used for school-related needs.

𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦:

- This release is ONLY for verified and qualified beneficiaries who have successfully submitted the required documents during the registration period. No new applications or late submissions will be accepted during the release.
- THERE WILL BE NO OTHER RELEASE DATE. Please make sure to be present on the scheduled date. Personal appearance is required.
- Beneficiaries must sign the acknowledgment/receipt upon receiving the educational assistance.

𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃!

Youth, parents, families, barangay residents, community leaders, partner organizations, volunteers, and all members of the community are welcome.

The State of the Youth Address (SOYA) is a culminating reporting and engagement activity of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Lupi that shall present the three-year accomplishments, programs, projects, activities, and initiatives implemented during the SK’s term.

The activity shall provide an avenue for the SK to present its accomplishments and contributions to the youth sector throughout its three-year term, highlighting significant programs, youth participation, partnerships, and initiatives undertaken in response to the needs and priorities of the young people of Barangay Lupi.

The SOYA shall also promote transparency, accountability, and continuity by presenting the progress made during the term and identifying programs and initiatives that may be sustained or further developed by the succeeding SK administration.

The activity aims to recognize and celebrate the participation, achievements, sportsmanship, creativity, leadership, and contributions of the youth throughout the various activities conducted during Linggo ng Kabataan 2026.

The program shall include the awarding of winners and outstanding participants from the different competitions and activities, followed by a Youth Night featuring fellowship, entertainment, music, and social interaction among the youth of Barangay Lupi.
