Autism Society Philippines City of San Fernando, Pampanga is a chapter of the national, non-profit organization dedicated to the well-being of persons on the autism spectrum. We envision a society that empowers Filipinos on the autism spectrum to become the best of their potentials – self reliant, independent, productive and socially accepted members of an AutismOK Philippines. The chapter provides programs and activities for children on the spectrum and their families within the locality.

ASP Angels Walk for Autism 2026: AUMBITIOUS. AARANGKADA. AANGAT.

On April 26, 2026, ASP City of San Fernando Pampanga — together with other ASP chapters, partner organizations, families, advocates, educators, friends, and members of the autism community, came together for the ASP Angels Walk for Autism 2026 held in Mall of Asia Arena.

Under the powerful call of “AUMBITIOUS. AARANGKADA. AANGAT.”, this year’s theme shone a light on the vocations and aspirations of Filipino adults on the autism spectrum. It reminded everyone that people on the spectrum have dreams to pursue, talents to share, and stories worth listening to.

AUMBITIOUS speaks of their goals and hope. It reminds us that people on the spectrum have ambitions that deserve to be supported, nurtured, and believed in.

AARANGKADA speaks of movement and progress. It reminds us that with understanding, opportunities, and community support, people on the spectrum can continue learning, working, creating, and sharing their gifts with the world.

AANGAT speaks of rising. It is a reminder that inclusion is not only about making space, but also about helping every person grow and be recognized for the light they bring.

As everyone walked together like stars in one wide sky, the event became more than just a walk. It became a symbolic journey of acceptance and unity. Every step showed the strength of families, the support of communities, and the bright future we continue to build for Filipinos with autism.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to SM Cares for their unwavering support in making this event possible. We also sincerely thank the Provincial Government of Pampanga, under the leadership of Gov. Lilia G. Pineda for their continued support and generosity to our ASP CSFP Chapter and to the autism community.

We are also grateful to the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, PDRRMO together with the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office, headed by Ms. Mary Ann Zamora, and the General Services Office, represented by Sir Francis V. Maslog and Mr. Harlan L. Borromeo.

Thank you for providing our Jollibee meals throughout the day, from breakfast and snacks to lunch, as well as the bus and coaster that made our journey to the event more comfortable and memorable. Your commitment helps create brighter spaces where every person is valued and given the chance to rise.

Together, we walked.
Together, we moved forward.
Together, we rose.

Because every journey matters.
Every dream deserves a chance.
Every voice deserves to be heard.
And every star can shine.

AUMBITIOUS. AARANGKADA. AANGAT.

Lights Up, Sounds Down 2026: A Sensory-Friendly Movie Day

On January 24, 2026 (Saturday), ASP CSFP and ASP Angeles came together at SM Telabastagan for a meaningful Lights Up, Sounds Down movie day as we watched Zootopia 2. It was more than just a screening. It was a space intentionally made for comfort, understanding, and belonging, where families could enjoy the experience without fear of judgment and with the freedom to simply be.

Inside the cinema, you could feel it right away. Kids, parents, guardians, and caregivers shared one screen, one story, and one heart. Some laughed out loud, some reacted in their own way, some needed little breaks and that was all okay. That is what inclusion looks like. It is not a “special” moment we schedule once in a while. It is how we show up for each other, how we make adjustments with love, and how we choose to welcome every family as they are.

And just like Zootopia’s message, this day reminded us that every voice matters and everyone has a place. We left with lighter hearts, fuller spirits, and the kind of joy you carry home long after the credits roll. Truly, it was a “paw-sitive” kind of Saturday.

Our heartfelt thanks to SM Cares, SM Cinema, SM Supermalls, the NACW National Working Committee, and most especially SM Telabastagan for helping make this sensory-friendly experience possible. Your support creates safe, joyful spaces for our autism community and helps turn simple gatherings into lasting memories.

Tropical Christmas Party 2025: Families United in Joy and Celebration 🌴🎄

On December 21, 2025, ASP CSFP gathered our community at Casa de Coracion for a Tropical Christmas Party. Kids, parents, guardians, and whole families came together. The place was filled with warmth, laughter, and holiday spirit. Truly, it was a day that felt merry and bright. ✨

We enjoyed fun games, meaningful bonding moments, and exciting Christmas prizes. More than the gifts, what made the celebration special was seeing families cheer for one another, share smiles, and create memories that will stay long after the lights come down. If Christmas is about love, then our hearts were definitely fuller than a stocking that day. 🎁💛

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Rosalind Pangilinan and her familt for being such a wonderful host to our happy island crew. 🌺 To our generous sponsors, thank you for helping us spread Christmas cheer and for investing in the joy of our children and families. May you be blessed a thousand times over for your kindness. 🙏🎄
