History, legacy, and excellence—yesterday, July 18, 2026, the BES-HNS Foundation Inc. held Testimonial Lunch at the Pugad Lawin Hall, Quezon City Sports Club to celebrate the brilliance of our newest Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

We proudly honored our undergraduate members who triumphed in the October 2025 and May 2026 CPALE. Among our ranks, we celebrated five Topnotchers—a testament to the unwavering Hiyas and Sigmans tradition of excellence. Semper Premium!

The afternoon was made truly unforgettable by the presence of our esteemed senior member, Sis Winefreda “Winnie” O. Madarang. As the 10th placer of the CPALE in 1970, her inspiring message served as a powerful reminder that while the era may change, the standard of excellence remains the same. Her presence was a poignant symbol of the constant dedication shown by our senior members of the Beta Epsilon Sigma and Hiyas ng Silangan. Whether through personal mentorship or institutional guidance, our seniors continue to stand as pillars of strength, ensuring that we juniors are never left to walk the path of the profession alone.

To keep the momentum going, our event featured a Roundtable Discussion. Our young professional accountants, who are currently thriving in their respective fields, sat down with our junior members to share real-world strategies, career advice, and the truth about life beyond the classrooms.

To our junior members: Take heart from those who have gone before you. Your journey to the top begins now.

Today, July 19, 2026, the BES-HNS Foundation Inc. (BHFI) proudly took part in a meaningful volunteer activity at the Walang Gutom Kitchen by DSWD, where our Brods and Sis came together with one shared purpose — to serve.

Together, we had the privilege of serving lunch meals to over 250 beneficiaries while also assisting in the registration process and ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience for everyone.

Beyond extending a helping hand, this activity became a heartfelt fellowship among our Brods and Sis — a reminder that serving the nation is even more meaningful when we serve side by side, united by our shared commitment to compassion, brotherhood, and selfless service.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to everyone who dedicated their time, effort, and heart to make this day a success. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Walang Gutom Kitchen staffs for warmly welcoming us, guiding us throughout the activity, and providing a thorough orientation that enabled us to serve effectively. May we continue to inspire one another through acts of service and strengthen our bond as we make a positive impact in our communities.

Amid the uncertainties and difficulties of today, moments of generosity stand out and remind us that kindness continues to thrive.

It is in this spirit of compassion and solidarity that we extend our ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑓𝑒𝑙𝑡 𝑔𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑡𝑢𝑑𝑒 to 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐝 𝐎𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧 for his generous 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 ₱𝟮𝟮𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬. Through this donation, 220 BHFI Junior Associate Regular Members from UE Manila, UE Caloocan, and our very own 𝘗𝘜𝘗 𝘉𝘌𝘚-𝘏𝘕𝘚 𝘏𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘳 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 will each receive ₱1,000.

We also extend our 𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑡𝑜 𝐒𝐢𝐬 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐚 for her kindness and support!

This thoughtful support will help ease the financial burdens and contribute to the academic needs of the members with Regular Status.
