DMMMSU-MLUC takes pride in the achievements of its faculty members, staff, and students for 2022. They will be honored during the Campus Celebration of the University Foundation Anniversary to be held on January 16, 2023.

The faculty members, staff, students, and benefactors are to be honored for their dedicated service, excellence, notable service to the community, innovations not only in teaching but also in technology, exceptional contributions to research and extension services, and sterling performance in board examinations. The campus-specific awards will be presented by the University President, Dr. Jaime I. Manuel, Jr., and Dr. Eduardo C. Corpuz, Chancellor, along with the Deans and Institute Director. Benefactors will also be given awards and recognition for their support and contributions to the Campus and the University in General.

Last November 16, 2022, exchange students from Universitas Kristen Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia, visited the mini-exhibit event of the Friends of the Library.

Sun Rise Tarigan, Iman Setia Harefa, Julyakin Sembring, Adiranto Hia, and Petra Alexander Wuisan are the exchange students from Indonesia who recently visited the Mini Exhibit Event with the Mluc Voice and teaching personnel of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, and they were guided by the Head of the Library Development and Services Department, Ms. Ruby Lyn C. Narra. Petra Alexnader Wuisan also played guitar and sang a Filipino song, "Mahika," by Adie and Janine Teñoso.

The Indonesian students took their two-week cultural and class immersion last November 7–18,2022.

Social media influencer and model Kent Bryan F. Gapuz, a first-year student at Saint Louis College, visited the Mini Exhibit Event of Friends of the Library in the Main Library Second Floor Learning Commons this Wednesday, November 15, 2022, with his fellow Louisianians.

They enjoy the artwork displayed by the KaMariano students, and they also share their feedback and thoughts on the event. They also had a great time taking pictures with the officers, members, and also the adviser and Head of Library Services and Development, Mrs.Ruby Lyn C. Narra, and the adviser, Mr.Judibert E. Catbagan.

November 16, 2022 - The first three days of the Mini Exhibit Event of Friends of the Library were a success. Students enjoy the fun activities such as drawing activities and face painting, artwork displays, crochet displays, and the photo booth, which they truly enjoy.

The Mini Exhibit Event will continue until Friday, November 18,2022. The event is free for everyone, so come and have fun with your friends. Just visit the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University Mid La Union Campus,Main Library, Second floor, Learning Commons.
