𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The Local Youth Development Council of San Fernando successfully conducted a coordination meeting with the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines San Fernando (PYAPSF) Presidents and other organizations. The activity aimed to finalize the proposed programs and activities for the calendar year and clarify the respective roles and responsibilities of the youth leaders.

The meeting also included a dialogue with the Municipal Mayor, emphasizing the shared commitment between the local government and the youth sector in promoting participatory governance and sustainable community development.

Through this collaborative effort, the youth of San Fernando continue to serve as active partners in fostering meaningful change and development in the municipality.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The Youth and Children’s Congress 2025 with the theme “𝑾𝑨𝑲𝑨𝑺𝑨𝑵: 𝑲𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒕𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒕 𝑲𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒂, 𝑰𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒏!” was held on November 26, 2025, at the Municipal Covered Court, San Fernando, Camarines Sur.

The program began with registration and opening preliminaries, followed by messages from municipal officials emphasizing the importance of child protection and empowerment. Various discussions were conducted on topics such as online safety, the dangers of the digital world, and the roles of youth in promoting child rights. The afternoon sessions focused on the Unlad Kabataan Program, the election of new PYAP Federation and Child Representatives, and the Wall of Commitment to uphold children’s welfare.

This event was significant as it promoted children’s rights, raised awareness on online safety, and empowered youth to take an active role in community development.
