📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: GRASS CUTTING SERVICES

Attention: Homeowners / Lot Owners / Residents

We would like to inform everyone that there will be no grass cutting activities today as we currently do not have any maintenance personnel assigned for grass cutting operations.

We would also like to formally advise the community that Mr. Wilfred "Chooks" Manuit is no longer connected with Amaia Scapes San Fernando Homeowners Association, Inc. and is no longer authorized to perform grass cutting services on behalf of the Association.

At present, the Association is actively searching for and hiring qualified maintenance personnel who are experienced in grass cutting and grounds maintenance. We currently have applicants scheduled for interview on Monday, June 15, 2026 and should suitable candidates be hired, they are expected to begin work immediately.

We understand the concerns of homeowners, especially now that the rainy season has started and grass growth is occurring more rapidly. Please be assured that we are doing our best to address this matter as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and respectfully ask for your patience and understanding while we complete the hiring process. Rest assured that grass cutting operations will resume as soon as new maintenance personnel are available.

1. What are considered installation works?
Ano ang mga sakop ng installation works?

These include, but are not limited to || Kabilang dito, ngunit hindi limitado sa:

• Solar panel installation / Pagkakabit ng solar panels
• Additional electrical works / Karagdagang electrical works
• Air-conditioning installation / Pagkakabit ng air-conditioning unit
• Canopy installation / Pagkakabit ng canopy
• Cable and internet installation / Pagkakabit ng cable at internet connection

2. What if the work will be done by a family member?
Paano kung kapamilya lamang ang gagawa ng trabaho?

A Work Permit is still required regardless of who will perform the work. / Kailangan pa rin ng Work Permit kahit sino pa ang magsagawa ng trabaho.

3. What if the work will only take a short time (e.g., 30 minutes to 1 hour)?
Paano kung maikli lamang ang trabaho (hal. 30 minuto hanggang 1 oras)?

A Work Permit is still required regardless of the duration of the work. / Kailangan pa rin ng Work Permit kahit maikli lamang ang oras ng paggawa.

This policy ensures that the Management Office is informed of all ongoing works and can properly monitor individuals entering and exiting the community for the safety and security of all residents.

Ang patakarang ito ay upang matiyak na ang Management Office ay may kaalaman sa lahat ng isinasagawang trabaho at mamonitor ang mga taong pumapasok at lumalabas sa komunidad para sa kaligtasan at seguridad ng lahat.

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only (No Overtime) / Oras ng Trabaho: 8:00 AM hanggang 5:00 PM lamang (Walang Overtime)
• No work is allowed on Sundays and Holidays. / Walang pinapayagang trabaho tuwing Linggo at mga Holiday.

This policy is implemented out of consideration for residents who are resting and spending time with their families during Sundays and Holidays.

Ang patakarang ito ay ipinatutupad bilang paggalang sa mga residenteng nagpapahinga at naglalaan ng oras para sa kanilang pamilya tuwing Linggo at mga Holiday.

Please ensure compliance with these regulations to avoid penalties, work stoppage, or other sanctions.
