Leadership for Reformation and Transformational Development (LRTD), Inc. successfully conducted its first training for the year 2026.

The training, titled “General Labor Standards and Labor Relations,” was held on March 26, 2026, at TPKIF Nature’s Farm,San Fernando Heights, Brgy. Malpitic, San Fernando,Pampanga. It was attended by delegates from LIGHT MFI, TPKI, ICOM, and PAIS.

The program aimed to equip participants with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of labor relations, including the rights and obligations of both workers and employers. It also focused on the proper handling of grievances, effective dispute resolution mechanisms, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

The speaker, Mr. Paolo Franco B. Magtoto, Senior Labor and Employment Officer from DOLE Region III, shared his expertise for this one-day training.The event was formally opened by Mr. Noel G. Embing, Executive Director of LRTDI, who delivered a welcome message to the delegates.

HAPPY Retreat 2025

LRTDI successfully conducted the Holistic Appreciation of Plans and Promises of Yahweh (HAPPY) Retreat on October 14–15, 2025, at Diaspora Farm Resort in Bacolor, Pampanga. The two-day retreat brought together 20 participants from LIGHT MFI, RPMI, TPKI, and PHILMADE, aiming to enhance and equip their leadership and management capacity.

The retreat opened with a keynote address by Mr. Noel G. Embing, Executive Director of LRTDI, who warmly welcomed all participants and set the tone for a reflective and empowering retreat.

Three speakers guided the sessions throughout the program:
• On Day 1, Mr. Marjun Q. Bantay led the first session titled "Stepping Up: Following in the Footsteps of Your Leaders", encouraging participants to embrace the challenge of leadership with courage and faith.
• In the second session, Mr. Alshaun M. Angeles shared wisdom and insights on "Biblical Foundation of Succession Planning and How to Be Like Jesus", emphasizing the spiritual basis for leadership transition.
• On Day 2, Mr. Noel G. Embing facilitated a series of structured learning activities.

Participants particularly appreciated the interactive breakout sessions, including the creation of the “Legacy Wall” and the reflective activity “FoodstepsWorth Following” and the engaging structured learning activities on Leadership.

In addition, many shared that they gained a deeper understanding of how succession planning is rooted in Biblical principles, tracing its origins back to the leadership of Moses.

Looking Ahead

The HAPPY Retreat 2025 created a meaningful experience, leaving participants not only encouraged but also more intentional in their personal and organizational leadership journeys.
