What is PhilHealth YAKAP? When did ABC's for Global Health get accredited? What do we actually offer? And who does it reach?

Here's the short version: ABC's for Global Health has been a YAKAP accredited outpatient primary care provider since June 2025. We serve communities across Pampanga, including our Aeta communities and persons deprived of liberty at the Pampanga Provincial Jail.

One thing I always want to be clear about: we are outpatient primary care. If it's a real emergency, go straight to the nearest hospital first. That part of your PhilHealth coverage works differently.

Ngayong buwan ng Setyembre ay pupunta ang organisasyon sa buong Pampanga kasama ang kanilang mga medical mobile clinics. Sumangguni sa kalendaryo sa larawang naka-post sa ibaba.

Makipag-ugnayan sa inyong mga volunteers, health workers at leaders sa inyong barangay sa mga nais magpakonsulta.

Sa mga barangay sa Sto. Tomas, Guagua, Minalin, Masantol at Macabebe, maaaring magpadala ng mensahe sa amin sa text o message po sa FB page kung magpapalista kayo sa paghahanda ng inyong gamot. Ang petsa na nakalaan ay ang araw ng paghatid ng inyong mga gamot sa inyong mga barangay o community leaders.

Siguraduhing makilahok at makatanggap ng mahusay, makatipid sa gastos na dekalidad na serbisyong medikal. At huwag kalimutang uminom ng tubig bago umalis ng bahay! Hanggang sa muli! 💙

🌧️ 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮 𝗯𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗮? 𝗛𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗯 𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘀!

Kung ikaw ay nababad o lumusong sa tubig-baha, mahalagang malaman ang iyong risk level upang makainom agad ng tamang prophylaxis o gamot. Ang mga gabay at infographic na ito ay mula sa 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 (𝗗𝗢𝗛).

🔹 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 (Minsan lang lumusong, WALANG sugat): Doxycycline 2 capsules (100mg/cap, single dose) sa loob ng 24–72 oras mula sa pag-ahon.

🔹 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 (Minsan lang lumusong, MAY sugat): Doxycycline 2 capsules (100mg/cap) araw-araw sa loob ng 3–5 araw, simulan sa loob ng 24–72 oras mula sa pag-ahon.

🔹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 (Patuloy na lumulusong, may sugat MAN O WALA): Doxycycline 2 capsules (100mg/cap) kada linggo hanggang sa hindi na lumulusong sa baha.

⚠️ 𝗣𝗔𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗟𝗔: Ang 𝗗𝗼𝘅𝘆𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲. Alinsunod sa mga alituntunin ng DOH, kailangan ng reseta mula sa doktor bago ito inumin. Magpakonsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na health center o sa ating clinic kung ikaw ay nabilad sa baha.

Ang ABC Headquarters ay magbubukas ngayong Setyembre 1 para lamang sa mga pasyenteng kailangang magpa-refill ng kanilang mga gamot. Paunawa po na wala muna tayong konsultasyon sa araw na ito dahil apektado rin po ang ilan sa ating mga miyembro ng staff ng patuloy na pag-ulan at pagbaha.

Para sa mga nais magpa-check-up, maaari po kayong mag-iwan ng mensahe o komento rito, o kaya ay mag-text sa 09263473524 para sa inyong appointment scheduling. Ang check-up sa aming clinic ay magsisimula sa Setyembre 2.

Ipinagdarasal po namin ang kaligtasan ng bawat isa. Magbibigay po kami ng panibagong ulat ukol sa schedule ng ating mobile clinic sa loob ng linggong ito. Maraming salamat po sa inyong pang-unawa at pag-iingat po kayo lalo.
