Pursuant to Executive Council Resolutions No. 01 and No. 02, Series of 2026, the College Student Council (CSC) of Saint Louis College hereby announces the conduct of a 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝟮 (𝗣𝗥𝗢 𝟮), 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗘𝗔 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳.

Following the conclusion of the regular election period and the absence of duly filed candidacies for the aforementioned positions, vacancies were declared in accordance with the provisions of the CSC Constitution. To preserve the continuity of student governance, maintain the effective delivery of services, and ensure the uninterrupted performance of the Council’s constitutional duties, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗦𝗖 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀-𝗶𝗻-𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 (𝗢𝗜𝗖𝘀) 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹.

Accordingly, 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐒. 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐳𝐚 has been officially appointed as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Campus Youth Minister, while 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐑. 𝐓𝐚𝐚𝐲 has been appointed as Officer-in-Charge (OIC), Public Relations Officer 2 (PRO 2). These appointments shall remain in effect until the filing of candidacies for the Special Elections, as prescribed by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC). 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹. The COMELEC shall release the official election calendar, including the filing period for Certificates of Candidacy and other relevant procedures.

Through these resolutions, the College Student Council reaffirms its commitment to upholding democratic processes, ensuring institutional continuity, and promoting responsible student leadership in service of the Louisian community.

𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 | 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐄 𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

In a time when many Filipinos continue to face rising prices, economic uncertainty, social division, and the challenges of everyday life, today’s Gospel reminds us that our deepest hunger is not only for material needs but also for hope, truth, and spiritual nourishment. Jesus presents Himself as the Bread of Life—the source of strength that sustains us amid difficulties and uncertainties.

As we witness the struggles within our communities and our nation, may we remember that faith is not merely about receiving God’s blessings but also about becoming instruments of His love and grace. Through the Holy Eucharist, Christ nourishes us with the courage to live with compassion, integrity, and genuine concern for others, especially those who are burdened by hardship. May His presence inspire us to become bearers of hope and light in a world that is often searching for both.

𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 | 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐄 𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

In celebration of the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi Sunday), the 42nd College Student Council, together with Society of Information Technology Students (SITS) and Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants - SLC Chapter (JPIA-SLC), sponsored and gathered for a Eucharistic Celebration that fostered faith, reflection, and unity at the Transfiguration of our Lord Chapel, June 7, 2026.

The Holy Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Rumpearl Tenkings Isaac, CICM, whose homily centered on purpose, love, and sacrifice. He began by asking people a question: “Para kanino ka bumabangon?"

In line with the significance of Corpus Christi, Fr. Ken invited the people to reflect on what motivates God in His works. He emphasized that God's love for humanity gives meaning to all that He does. Through the Eucharist, Christ continues to offer His Body and Blood as a lasting memorial and expression of His unconditional love for humanity.

Moreover, Fr. Ken emphasized that the love of life, family, and mission inspires people in their daily lives. He also challenged the congregation to consider how they would be remembered by future generations and the kind of legacy they would leave behind.

As children of God, he reminded everyone of their calling to live out Christian values through love, service, and sacrifice for their fellows and communities, emphasizing that true love often requires sacrifice, as shown by Christ through the Cross and the Eucharist. Together, the students and mass-goers reflected on the values of purpose, love, and sacrifice and were reminded to become witnesses of God’s love through lives rooted in faith and service.

Since it is also the first Sunday of June, those celebrating their birthdays were invited to the front to receive a blessing. The chapel echoed with applause and song as mass-goers, students, and the chorale joined together in singing “Happy Birthday.”

The votes have been counted, the wait is over, and a new chapter for Saint Louis College begins. Today, we stand at the threshold of a new era of leadership—one defined by transparency, service, and the unwavering commitment to 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝.

We are proud to announce the official results for the College Student Council (CSC) 42 elections. To every student who cast their vote: thank you for exercising your right and shaping the future of our beloved institution. Your voice is the heartbeat of this council.
