Abe Balayan – Little Kindness is an independent NGO and volunteer group based in Pampanga dedicated to disaster response, community drives, and mental health advocacy, fostering compassion and uplifting communities through simple acts of kindness. The Abe Balayan Project is an initiative spearheaded by compassionate and inspiring Kapampangan Student leaders which aims to help less fortunate indivi

duals through donation drives. Taal Eruption. Powered by driven, compassionate, and responsive student leaders the project envisions to extend its purpose in helping Filipino people to create social change.
