The College of Criminal Justice Education – Extension and Community Services, in partnership with the Local Youth Development Council of San Carlos City, proudly brings back Project SAFE-Ride (Safe And Formalized Education-Riding) this Wednesday, April 15, 3:00 PM at CPSU–San Carlos (New Building).

This initiative promotes responsible driving and supports motorcycle owners in obtaining their driver’s license.

**Program Benefits:**
• Free Theoretical Driving Course (for Student License)
• 50% OFF Practical Driving Course (for Driver’s License)

Open to all youth, CPSU students, faculty, staff, and outsiders (limited slots per batch).

Last March 6, 2026, youth and youth-serving organizations gather for the 1st Local Youth Development Council Meeting presided by Chairperson, Hon. Marydawn Cañetan and Acting Vice Chairperson, Hon. Lilibeth Juezan.

Hon. Cañetan shared with the council the accomplishment report for CY 2025.

Moreover, various ideas and insights were accommodated to guide this year's direction, especially projects, programs, and activities that promote youth development.
