Congratulations to San Antonio on this remarkable achievement!

The upgrade of San Antonio, Zambales, from a 2nd Class to a 1st Class Municipality under the Department of Finance DO_074.2024, signed by the Secretary of Finance on November 5, 2024, and RA 11964, with effectivity starting January 1, 2025, reflects the hard work, dedication, and unity of its leadership and citizens.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the key departments under the Economic Cluster for their invaluable contributions in achieving this milestone: the Office of the Municipal Assessor, previously headed by retired assessor Engr. Noel R. Manzano, REA; the Office of the Municipal Treasurer, headed by Madam Luzviminda P. Asio; and the Office of the Municipal Budget, headed by Madam Krishna O. Garcia. Their commitment and excellence have been instrumental in the progress and success of our municipality.
