Tropical Storm is now inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).

• Maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 90 km/h, and central pressure of 998 hPa
• Based on the latest forecast track, the hoisting of tropical cyclone wind signal over Extreme Northern Luzon is less likely, but not ruled out.
• Strong to gale-force winds extend outwards up to 400 km from the center
