The soft morning light of October 19, 2025, fell gently over the grounds of the Crusaders of the Divine Church of Christ, Ilocos SurโAbra Archdiocese, Salcedo Chapter, as the members gathered with hearts full of gratitude. This year marked their 2nd Church and Convent Consecration Anniversary, celebrated with the theme โFrom Sacrifice to Sanctuary: Celebrating Faith, Perseverance, and Godโs Grace.โ
What began as a simple aspiration years ago has grown into a sanctuary filled with stories of devotion, perseverance, and shared work. On this special day, those stories came alive once again.
The celebration opened with a solemn High Massโa moment of quiet reflection and thanksgiving. As the church choirโs hymns resonated through the corners, many were reminded of how far the community had come, from small gatherings to a thriving congregation strengthened by faith.
The program that followed brought warmth and joy to the occasion. Church leaders shared inspiring messages, intermission performers filled the venue with energy, also watching again the memories from the Church and Convent Consecration last October 2023,and the raffle draws added excitement to the event. Each moment reflected not just festivity, but the unity and fellowship that define the Salcedo Chapter.
For many members, the anniversary served as more than a commemoration. It was a reaffirmation of the sacrifices made, the challenges overcome, and the abundant grace that continues to guide the community. It became a day of renewalโof faith, friendship, and commitment to serving God, AMA RSM.
Program committee expressed heartfelt gratitude to all who contributed their time, effort, and resources to make the event meaningful and successful. Their collective dedication continues to shape the chapterโs growth and strengthen its mission.
As the celebration drew to a close, the spirit of the theme remained ever-present. From sacrifice to sanctuary, the Salcedo Chapter stands as a testament to what a united and faithful community can build together.
