STOP BULLYING. START CHANGING.

The SUNN Peer Facilitators Guild supports the Anti-Bullying Campaign, promoting a culture of kindness, respect, empathy, and inclusion within our university and the community.

Words have power. Actions leave scars. Whether it happens in the classroom, on social media, through text messages, group chats, or face-to-face interactions, bullying in any form is never acceptable.

Behind every cruel joke, hurtful comment, embarrassing post, or act of exclusion is a person who deserves respect, kindness, and a safe space to grow. Let us choose empathy over insults, compassion over cruelty, and courage over silence.

In the Philippines, Republic Act No. 10627, also known as the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013, protects students from bullying in schools and educational institutions. This law recognizes that bullying whether physical, verbal, social, psychological, or through electronic means (cyberbullying) has serious effects on a person's well-being and must be prevented.

As peer facilitators, we believe that creating a bully-free community starts with each one of us. Speak with kindness. Stand up for those who cannot. Report bullying when you witness it. Together, we can create a campus where everyone feels safe, heard, accepted, and valued.

πŸ’œ Remember:
βœ”οΈ Bullying is not a joke.
βœ”οΈ Cyberbullying is not "just online."
βœ”οΈ Silence helps the bully, speaking up helps the victim.

πŸ“Classes are about to start.
Be a friend. Be someone's safe space.

Speak Up. Stand Up. Stop Bullying.
