Treasures Of Sagay Community Outreach Program, Inc. is a non-sectarian & registered non-profit organization supported by Fabricanians, Sagaynons, "Balikbayan & OFW's" Across the Globe, Family Friends & Compassionate Sponsors/Volunteers. TOSCOP goal is achieved primarily through child sponsorship, which unites children in need with individual sponsors who wish to address the kid’s immediate and basic needs, gives them the tools and opportunities necessary for their education successful. And also to help lighten the burdens of poverty to become healthy, educated, self-sustaining and contributing members of society. TARGET PROJECT LOCATIONS: 52 ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS and 25 BARANGAYS OF SAGAY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, PHILIPPINES. TOSCOP is a Mississauga, Ontario, Canada-based, 100% on voluntary work & trust of individuals, no employees, no-one who makes money on the project by COLLECTING UNWANTED NEW OR GENTLY USED SCHOOL BAGS, TOYS, SHOES, SLIPPERS, PENS, PENCILS, CHILDREN'S STORY BOOKS, OR ANY EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES from Family Friends, Friends of Friends and Co-Workers to indigent families in Sagay, Negros Occidental, Philippines. We Cannot Change the World -TOGETHER- We Can Change Someone’s World:)
The goal in every community event is to let all recipients know that they are valued, respected and loved. We honor all individuals -acceptance is shown to each beneficiary regardless of age, race or physical appearance, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other category. We are not a religious organization; nor do we promote one ethical or belief system. We will do our best to unite all resources believing we can do more together than we can do apart and encouraging others to remember less fortunate families and expect nothing in return.
