Kabataang Sagaynon to Kabataang Negrense.

Kabataang Sagaynon brought vibrant energy to the 30th Panaad Festival during the Negrosanon Youth Day Culmination.

As part of the Panaad sa Negros Festival, this gathering became a shared space for learning, collaboration, and collective action—where young leaders connect and help shape the future of our communities.

Marking the culmination of Handurawan, the event united youth across Negros Occidental to celebrate leadership, creativity, and lived experiences. Together, we strengthened camaraderie, deepened understanding, and affirmed our role in advancing inclusive, community-driven development.

Through cultural, creative, and civic engagements, the initiative continues to empower young Negrense as stewards of heritage and drivers of progress—powered by the Negrosanon Young Leaders Institute Inc. (NYLI) in partnership with the Negros Occidental Provincial Government.

Kabataang Sagaynon proudly represented the LGU of Sagay with enthusiasm, energy, and joy—highlighted by the electrifying performances of Bacolod Drag Queens and Doughbaby.

Headed by Sir Vincent “Soi” Rivera, Youth Consultant of Mayor Hon. Leo Rafael “Bebo” M. Cueva, the Kabataang Sagaynon gathered for a meaningful assembly and planning session—bringing together various community and school organizations across Sagay City.

More than just a meeting, this gathering served as a powerful reminder that despite our diverse affiliations and advocacies, we stand united under one banner—Sagay City.

The assembly was attended and represented by ELMIS SSLG, SNHS SSLG, CDIS SSLG, PYAP Sagay, JCI Sagay, SKC Sagay, LK, LEO, SCEFS SSLG, RCY (Red Cross Youth), BKD (Barkada Kontra Droga), YFC (Youth for Christ), SK (Sangguniang Kabataan), Sagay City Peer Helper and I Love to Read.

Nagpabugal ang mga kabataan sang Sagay City samtang nag-upod sila sa “Hinampang sang Kabataan” bilang kabahin sang Panaad sa Negros Festival.

Napuno sang kusog, kalipay kag pagbinuligay ang aktibidad bangud sa nagkalain-lain nga tradisyunal nga hampang Pilipino nga ginpartisiparan sang mga kabataan. Indi lang ini basta kompetisyon kundi isa man ka paagi nga mas napalig-on ang ila pag-isa kag pagpalangga sa kultura.

Nangin posible ang amo nga kahigayunan paagi sa pagbinuligay sang mga organisasyon pareho sang PYAP Sagay, SKC Sagay, JCI Sagay Sigay, kag iban pa nga grupo sang pamatan-on, nga naghatag sang dako nga kontribusyon sa kalampusan sang programa.

Dugang pa diri, ginpasalamatan man ang mga nagbulig kag nag-suporta sa pagpatigayon sang aktibidad lakip ang mga lider sang kabataan kag mga facilitators nga padayon nagahatag inspirasyon sa masunod nga henerasyon.

Nangin 4th place man ang Sagay sa sini nga aktibidad.

Ang ini nga selebrasyon nagapamatuod nga ang kabataan indi lang paglaum sang banwa kundi aktibo nga kabahin sang pag-uswag sang komunidad.

From classic Filipino games to shared laughter and teamwork, this event became a space where youth connected, competed, and celebrated our rich culture—𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆! 🙌

The youth of Sagay once again proved that 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗴𝗲! 💚
With 𝟮𝟬 𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒔 from Sangguniang Kabataan, SKC Sagay, SK Tadlong, Sagay NHS SSLG, and Colonia Farm School SSLG, today’s ✨ 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 ✨ became a space for learning, expression, and empowerment.

From meaningful discussions on 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, 𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒔 & 𝑽𝑨𝑾𝑪 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔, to insightful presentations by the 𝑷𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒐 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 (𝑷𝑪𝑪), and hands-on 𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈—our young leaders actively engaged in shaping a better tomorrow. 🌱
