The SK Sabang is proud to support the dreams and aspirations of our young board exam takers through our Board Exam Financial Assistance Program.
If you are preparing to take your PRC licensure examination, this initiative is designed to help ease some of your review and examination expenses as you take one step closer to becoming a licensed professional.
๐๐ก๐จ ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ฒ?
Applicants must:
๐ Be a bona fide resident and registered voter of Barangay Sabang with a minimum residency of six (6) months;
๐ Be 21โ30 years old;
๐ Have no existing professional license;
๐ Be taking a PRC-licensed board examination;
๐ Be currently enrolled in a review center.

Please submit the following:
๐ Three (3) photocopies of any valid ID
๐ Photocopy of Notice of Admission for Board Exam Applicants
๐ Certificate of Enrollment from a Review Center
๐ Photocopy of College Diploma
๐ Barangay Certificate of Residency
๐ Accomplished Application Form (available through the Google Drive link attached to this post)

โข Slots are limited and all applications will undergo a screening and evaluation process.
โข Submission of requirements does not automatically guarantee approval for financial assistance.
โข All documentary requirements must be compiled and submitted in a long plastic envelope.
โข Kindly write your full name, complete address, and contact number clearly on the front of the envelope.
