This Week’s Bible Verse 🤍

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28

˗ˏˋ ✞ ˎˊ˗ Reflection ˗ˏˋ ✞ ˎˊ˗

This Bible verse reminds us that God is our safe place in times of exhaustion, sadness, and struggles. Life can become heavy sometimes—full of pressure, pain, disappointments, and silent battles that no one else sees. But Jesus gently invites us to come to Him, not when we are perfect, but especially when we are tired and overwhelmed.

We do not have to carry every burden alone. God never asked us to handle everything by ourselves. He wants us to lean on Him, trust Him, and rest in His presence. When the world feels too loud and our hearts feel too heavy, His love becomes our peace and comfort.

This verse teaches us that true rest is not found in escaping problems, but in placing our worries into God’s hands. He strengthens the weak, comforts the broken, and gives peace to those who seek Him sincerely.

No matter what you are carrying today, remember:
God sees you.
God understands you.
And God will never leave you.
