Accessible only by boat, Johnson Island faces unique challenges when it comes to accessing essential healthcare services. Despite the distance and travel required to reach the island, the commitment to serve remains steadfast, ensuring that quality healthcare reaches even the most remote communities.
A total of 𝟵𝟬 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 benefited from eye care services, while 𝟱𝟰 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 received hearing assessments, providing access to vital health screenings and early intervention opportunities.
This collaborative initiative highlights the power of service and partnership in addressing healthcare needs, particularly in geographically isolated areas where access to medical care may be limited.
