Capiz Shells Organization Incorporated proudly participated in the International AIDS Candlelight Memorial held at the Roxas City Health Office and Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital last May 15, 2026.

With this year’s theme, “LIGHT THE LEGACY: REMEMBER, ADVANCE, ACT,” the event served as a meaningful reminder to honor the lives lost to AIDS, support those living with HIV, and continue advocating for awareness, compassion, equality, and accessible healthcare for all.

Together with partner organizations, healthcare workers, advocates, and community members, we stood in solidarity to promote hope, strengthen awareness, and inspire action in ending stigma and discrimination.

May the light we share continue to guide communities toward understanding, acceptance, and positive change.

The Capiz Shells Organization Incorporated proudly joined as Project Partner of JCI during the Area Launching of the “Beyond Prison Walls Project HILWAY” and the Opening of JCI Week held last April 19, 2026 at BJMP San Jose, Roxas City.

This meaningful outreach activity highlighted the spirit of compassion, service, and hope for our brothers and sisters behind bars. Through collaboration and shared commitment, we continue to inspire positive change, promote rehabilitation, and strengthen community involvement.

The Capiz Shells Organization Incorporated extends its heartfelt gratitude to the SK Federation of Barangay Culasi, Roxas City for inviting our organization to take part in the HIV Awareness Symposium and Free Testing as part of the “Sabado sang Kaalam: A Two-Part Community Advocacy Activity” held at the Culasi Barangay Hall last April 18, 2026.

The Capiz Shells Organization Incorporated extends its heartfelt gratitude to the City Tourism Office of Roxas City for inviting our organization to participate in the commemoration of the 78th Death Anniversary of President Manuel A. Roxas held last April 15, 2026 at the Manuel Roxas Shrine, Roxas City Plaza and Heritage Zone.

We are deeply honored to offer a wreath representing the civic organizations led by the Gerry Roxas Foundation, Inc. during this meaningful and historic occasion. Being part of this tribute to the first President of the Third Philippine Republic is truly a privilege for our organization.

The Capiz Shells Organization Incorporated, in partnership with Gawad Kalinga, proudly participated in the CCMI GK Medical Mission conducted from February 9–13, 2026 across different communities in Capiz.

Through this meaningful outreach activity, our team conducted HIV Information Dissemination and Screening to promote awareness, prevention, and the importance of regular testing in our communities.

𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓 | Community Outreach at Bago National High School

Last December 3, 2025, in celebration of World AIDS Day, the Roxas City Health Office, in partnership with DepEd Roxas City Division and Capiz Shells Organization, successfully conducted a meaningful community outreach activity at Bago National High School.

The activity aimed to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS prevention, promote health education, and encourage the youth to become informed, responsible, and compassionate members of the community. Through engaging discussions and collaborative efforts, participants were empowered with valuable knowledge and inspired to advocate for health, respect, and inclusivity.

Community Outreach Highlights | December 3, 2025
Capiz Shells Organization Incorporated (CSOI), led by its President Rogie B. Ruto, successfully conducted a meaningful community outreach activity at Lawa-an Integrated School last December 3, 2025, in collaboration with the Roxas City Health Office.
The outreach focused on vital youth-centered topics, including teenage pregnancy prevention, anti-smoking and anti-vaping awareness, and HIV/AIDS education. Through interactive discussions and age-appropriate information, students were empowered with knowledge to help them make informed, responsible, and healthy life choices.
This initiative highlights CSOI’s continuing commitment to community education and health promotion, especially among the youth, by addressing pressing public health concerns that affect their present and future well-being. The collaboration with the Roxas City Health Office further strengthened the impact of the activity, ensuring accurate information and credible guidance were shared.
CSOI extends its gratitude to the school administration, teachers, students, and the Roxas City Health Office for their warm support and active participation. Together, we continue to build informed, healthy, and empowered communities.
