On September 20, 2025, students actively participated in a joint symposium as part of the 25-hour Common Training Module for the CWTS componentβa day filled with meaningful discussions that fostered awareness, leadership, and nation-building.
The first part of the symposium featured a Drug Education seminar led by Capt. Roger Ibanez, ROTC Commandant, who shared valuable insights on the dangers of drug abuse and the importance of discipline and awareness among the youth.
The second part featured a Symposium on National Security Concerns with guest speaker Prosecutor Flosemer Chris I. Gonzales from RTF-ELCAC Region VI, who discussed pressing national issues and emphasized the vital role of students in promoting peace and security in the country.
These activities aimed to strengthen studentsβ social responsibility, civic consciousness, and patriotism β thereby shaping them to become active contributors to the nationβs progress.
