Learning to Lead, Learning to Grow. 💙⚡

Last August 8, our CAI Leaders came together for a meaningful Team Building and Action Planning—an opportunity to build stronger connections, share ideas, and reflect on what it truly means to be a leader.

A heartfelt thank you to Katin-aran Youth Association (KaYa) officers for sharing your leadership experiences and lessons with our young CAI Leaders. Your stories reminded them that leadership goes beyond a title—it is about listening, serving, taking responsibility, and having the courage to make a difference.

May this experience inspire our young leaders to keep growing as individuals, while becoming more mindful of the people and communities around them. May they continue to use their voices, talents, and experiences not only for their own growth, but also to create a positive impact in the community they are part of.

Through the years, Child’s Academy has nurtured student leaders by developing their potential, skills, and confidence, preparing them to lead with purpose and serve their community. As we welcome this year’s student council presidents from the Grade School and High School Departments, we commit to continuing to nurture their potential, uphold the values of Child’s Academy, and empower them to create meaningful change through leadership and service.
