Day 1 of Q3. No warm-up. We got straight to work. 📈⚡️

Throwback to July 1, 2026, when the Halaran Board of Directors kicked off the final quarter of the term with our Q3 BOD Meeting at the DCC Lounge.

Starting the quarter on Day 1 wasn't accidental. We knew what was coming—bidding season, reporting season, the final stretch of our term, and a whole lot of things still left to accomplish.

So we sat down, looked at what's ahead, worked through our project pipelines, and started putting the pieces in place—including the plans for our “Komunidad” mural marker.

No grand speeches. Just a table full of plans, decisions that needed to be made, and a board determined to make the most of the time we have left.

Less than a month left in the term. Still plenty to do.

Padayon. We finish what we started. 💙🔥

18 strong on the black sands of Baybay. 🌊🤝

Last August 7, we brought the Halaran family together for our August General Membership Meeting at Baia Norte.

With “Komunidad” by Jonard Villarde watching over us, we spent the evening talking through what’s ahead, aligning on upcoming initiatives, and having the kind of open conversations that are easier when you’re sitting by the shore instead of around a conference table. 😂

18 members showed up. Different schedules, different commitments, but the same willingness to keep moving things forward.

No fancy setup. Just good conversations, a beautiful view, and a group of people still willing to show up for each other and for the community we serve. 💙

Padayon, Halaran. 🌊

A new landmark for the community. 📍🎨

Last August 7, we officially unveiled the marker for “Komunidad,” a mural by local artist Jonard Villarde, at Baia Norte.

More than just a mural, Komunidad is a piece of art that now has its own place in the community—something people can pass by, pause for, and hopefully see a little bit of themselves in. 🖌️

Proud to celebrate local creativity and the artists who help make our spaces more meaningful.

Here’s to more art, more artists, and more reasons to stop and look around. 💙

"Sayaw ng Pamana, Galaw ng Kultura"

Some things are better understood when you see them come alive.

JCI Roxas Halaran was glad to join the regional launch of LAKBAY KATUTUBO: BINANOG, held in celebration of International Indigenous Peoples Day at the SM City Roxas' Event Center.

And what a beautiful way to celebrate it.

Through the Binanog dance, we got to witness a piece of Indigenous heritage expressed through movement, rhythm, and storytelling. More than just a performance, it was a reminder that culture isn't something we simply look back on—it is something people continue to carry, practice, and pass on. 🌾

It was also great seeing fellow JCI members and partners come together around something that deserves to be celebrated and protected.

Big congratulations to JCI Roxas Makawiwili and RC Hazel for bringing this regional launch to life. 👏💙

Here's to keeping our traditions moving—not just in performances, but in the generations that come after us.

Padayon ang kultura. Padayon ang aton nga panubli.

A little extra proud when you get to represent your home city. 💙🏛️

Last August 7–8, JCI Roxas Halaran joined fellow JCI members from across Western Visayas for the JCI Western Visayas 3rd Regional Council Meeting and WV Regional Training, held at the Governors Hall, Capiz Provincial Capitol.

Two days of learning, conversations, planning, and catching up with fellow JCI members. 🤝

Our members took part in the regional training sessions, joined discussions during the council meeting, and exchanged ideas with fellow chapters as we continue working toward stronger leadership and stronger communities across Western Visayas.

There were serious conversations, new things to learn, familiar faces to catch up with, and plenty of moments in between that made the gathering memorable.

And honestly, being able to represent Halaran right here in our home province made it a little more special. 💙

Swipe through and catch our members in action! 📸

Until the next one, Western Visayas!

Rolling out for a healthier, stronger Capiz! 💉✨

What a day. 💙

JCI Roxas Halaran was glad to be part of the Regional Launch of the 2026 Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MRSIA) & Vitamin A Administration, starting the morning with a caravan from SM City Roxas s to El Circulo, Pueblo de Panay. Hosted by Capiz Provincial Health Office .

And before the program even started, we got everyone moving. A little music, a little dancing, and suddenly the whole crowd was wide awake. 😂💃🕺

But what made the day special was seeing so many different groups show up for the same purpose.

More than a dozen booths filled the venue—our JCI Hot Meals on Wheels, Rotary’s 7-flavored ice cream, Capiz Mangaka Union’s cosplayers, free haircuts and massages, medical services, and so much more. Different organizations, different skills, one community effort. 🍲🍦✂️

And at the heart of it all were the kids.

150 children received their Measles-Rubella immunization and Vitamin A supplementation, with the day made possible by 100+ healthcare workers, volunteers, government agencies, and community partners working together.

Those numbers may look simple on paper, but standing there and seeing that many people give their time, energy, and expertise for the health of our children hits a little differently.

This is what community looks like.
People showing up.
Organizations working together.
And everyone doing their small part to keep our children healthier and safer. ❤️

Congratulations to the Capiz Provincial Health Office for leading this meaningful initiative. We're grateful to have been part of it—and we'll always be happy to show up when our community calls.

Para sa mas healthy nga Capiz. Para sa aton mga kabataan. 💙
