𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀

Nurses, we hear you.

We know that nursing has never been easy. Every day, nurses are expected to provide holistic care for others—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Yet in the middle of constantly caring for everyone else, many nurses are left carrying their own burdens silently.

As the mother organization of nurses in the Philippines, the Philippine Nurses Association believes that the same holistic care we advocate for our patients must also be extended to our nurses.

While PNA continues to push for genuine reforms in the nursing profession through the passage of the proposed nursing law, we also recognize that meaningful change takes time. And while we continue that fight, we want to care for you in the ways we can today.

Through the PNA Department of Nurses’ Welfare, we are launching a year-round initiative offering 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 for Filipino nurses.

This initiative aims to provide a safe and supportive space where nurses can process their experiences, share their thoughts and emotions, debrief, and receive psychosocial support from trained facilitators.

The program is FREE and open to ALL Filipino nurses, both PNA members and non-members.
