Ang Holm Anchor Youth Organization (HAYO) ay may mga tungkulin at responsibilidad na isinaalang-alang, layunin nito ang;

• Pagkakaroon ng respito sa bawat isa;
• Pagkakaroon ng tiwala at positibong pagkakilanlan sa sarili;
• Pagkakaroon ng pagpapahalaga, katapatan, at mabuting asal;
• Pakikipag-ugnay sa komunidad, pamilya, at kauri;
• Pagdadamayan at pakikiramay; at
• Pagkakaroon ng pananampalataya sa Diyos.
