Moving Forward by Faith and Unity! 🪵⛰️💪
The Lord continues to provide exactly what we need through the generosity of His people! We traveled up into the mountains to harvest a wonderful blessing: a stand of trees graciously donated to our church by Mr. Jun Nisperos.
Because the terrain is steep and thick with forest, getting these heavy logs and freshly cut lumber out of the woods and up to our site is an incredible challenge. But the Lord is good! Our congregation completely united in heart and spirit, coming together to help lift and carry the heavy wood through the rugged trails.
In these moments, you can see our church family working side-by-side, manually lifting and carrying the long planks up the winding dirt paths. From organizing the lumber pile to carefully balancing across narrow footbridges over the ravine, every single person put their faith into action with hard work.
This is a beautiful reminder that we are not just building a physical structure—we are building a united community rooted in love and shared sacrifice.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Mr. Jun Nisperos for his generous donation, and to every member of our congregation who offered their strength and willing hands for the ministry today. Please continue to pray for our safety and endurance as the building progresses! 🤎🙏

Construction Update: Right Side Foundation in Progress! 🏗️🪨🙏
The Lord is faithfully moving our construction forward! With the left side of our church’s foundation successfully completed, all hands are now on deck for the right side as the team officially begins mixing and pouring the concrete.
We are incredibly moved and inspired because the barangay officials of Barangay Bangar, headed by Captain Fred Santiago, have stepped up to volunteer their time and strength. Working side-by-side under the sun, they are helping with everything from handling bags of cement and preparing gravel, to running the concrete mixer and directing the fresh pour straight into the structural footings.
Every shovel of dirt, every bag of cement, and every hour volunteered is a true labor of love for the Lord. We thank God for the willing hearts and strong hands dedicated to building this house of worship for generations to come.

Please continue to pray for the strength, protection, and safety of our workers and volunteers. If you feel led to partner with us through material donations or financial support to keep this momentum going, please send our page a message. 🤎

Construction Update: Building on a Solid Rock! 🏗️
With the left side of our church’s foundation successfully completed, the Lord is faithfully moving us forward to the right side! We are incredibly blessed by the pastors from the Jehosaphat Conference, headed by Rev. Mitchel Forto, who have once again volunteered their strength to lead the heavy digging.
Every rock moved and every pit dug by hand is a labor of love for the Lord. Working side-by-side, they are preparing the ground so the team can secure the heavy steel rebar columns that will hold up this house of worship for generations to come.
It takes immense physical endurance and teamwork, and we thank God for the willing hands doing this heavy lifting for His ministry.

"For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ." — 1 Corinthians 3:11

Please continue to pray for the strength, protection, and safety of our workers and visiting pastors. If you feel led to partner with us through material donations or financial support, please send our page a message. 🤎

Construction Update: Laying the Foundation on the Right Side! 🏗️🪨💪
With the left side of our church’s foundation successfully completed, the focus has now shifted to the right side! Our incredible construction team and volunteers are working tirelessly under the sun, putting in the heavy work required for these final footing sections.
In these photos, you can see the grit and precision required for this structural phase as workers manually excavate deep into the rocky earth to carve out the pits. Simultaneously, the team is carefully assembling, aligning, and securing the heavy-duty steel rebar grids and towering vertical column cages that will anchor our building for generations.
It takes immense physical endurance, careful measurements, and incredible teamwork to get these massive steel columns perfectly in place. We are so deeply blessed by the hands doing this heavy lifting!
Every rock moved, every pit dug, and every steel bar tied is a lasting investment in the Kingdom of God.

Construction Update: Mixing, Pouring, and Building! 💪⛪

The site is buzzing with activity! Our incredible construction team and volunteers are working tirelessly under the sun to pour the concrete for our church’s foundation.

In these photos, you can see the whole process in action: preparing the water, running the cement mixer, and carefully smoothing the freshly poured concrete around our massive rebar columns. It takes so much physical endurance and teamwork to get this done right, and we are incredibly blessed by the hands doing this heavy lifting!

Every drop of sweat and every bag of cement is an investment in the Kingdom of God.

Please continue to pray for the strength and safety of our workers! To partner with us and donate materials or funds, please send our page a message. 🤎🙏

Site Update: 30 Bags of Cement Delivered! 🚧⛪

We are overflowing with gratitude! A huge thank you to Sister Mary Bacate for graciously donating 30 bags of cement to our building project.

We also want to appreciate Brother Jesus Bacate and Kyle Bacate for safely picking up and delivering this massive load to the construction site. It takes a lot of heavy lifting to build a church, and we are so blessed by those who step up to help!

Every bag of cement lays the literal groundwork for our future sanctuary. God is so good!

To partner with us and donate materials or funds for the next phase of construction, please send us a message. 🙏

Building Progress: Going deep to stand tall! 🏗️⚓

The foundation of Bangar Bible Methodist Church is taking shape! In these photos, you can see the team carefully installing the heavy steel rebar for our footings and columns deep into the ground.

You have to dig deep and build strong to weather the storms. As we watch this heavy steel being anchored into the earth, it's a beautiful visual of how we must anchor our lives and our church in Christ.

"He is like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock..." - Luke 6:48

Praise God for this amazing progress! Thank you to everyone who has prayed and given to get us to this point. If you want to sow a financial seed into our strong foundation, send us a message! 🤎

Building Progress: Clearing the Way for the Footing! 🚧⛪

The excavation phase is in full swing! After digging deep for the church's foundation, all that displaced soil has to go somewhere.

We are praising God today for the volunteer hands of Brother Nestor Bacate and Brother Cenon Duma-ang, who took on the heavy task of hauling the removed soil away from the site. Because of their hard work, the site is clear and ready for the next crucial steps of building our strong foundation!

Colossians 3:23 says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." >
We are so blessed by a church family that gives their time, energy, and resources to see God's house built. Thank you to everyone supporting us! 🤎

Construction Update: Digging Deep for God's Glory!

April 27, 2026, was a truly momentous and deeply spiritual day at the site! The pastors of the Bible Methodist Church Inc. Jehoshaphat Conference, led by our District Overseer, Rev. Mitchell Forto, personally visited to start the digging for our new building's foundation.

What a beautiful display of servant leadership! It is incredibly powerful to see our pastors physically breaking ground and laying both the spiritual and literal groundwork for our sanctuary. Every shovel of dirt moved was covered in prayer.

They beautifully modeled the words of Luke 6:48: "They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built."

Praise God for our dedicated leaders!

Construction Update: The Layout is Set & Rebars are Assembling!

A huge praise report! On April 23, the hardworking team from AP Builders mapped out the layout for our new church building.

They carefully measured and marked the exact footprint of the sanctuary on the ground, so we can finally see exactly where our new walls will stand! Right after setting the layout, the team immediately began assembling the steel rebars for the foundation.

As we look at the physical borders of our future church, we are holding onto 1 Chronicles 28:10: "Consider now, for the Lord has chosen you to build a house as the sanctuary. Be strong and do the work."

Thank you, Lord, for the continued progress, and thank you, AP Builders!
If you'd like to support our ongoing building fund, please send us a direct message. 🙏
