In celebration of National Women’s Month, the Department of Education embraces the theme “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society” with the empowering sub-theme “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”

Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School community honors our women personnel as today’s modern Babaylans whose leadership, integrity, and compassion help nurture inclusive, equitable, and learner-centered environments. Through your dedication, our school continues to grow as a community where respect, empowerment, and equal opportunities are upheld for every learner.

As we celebrate this meaningful occasion, the DLMNHS community remains committed to promoting gender equality and building a more inclusive school and community.

In support of this celebration, all teachers and students are encouraged to wear purple every Wednesday as a symbol of solidarity for women’s empowerment and gender equality.
This will be observed throughout the entire month of March.

A call for donations for the family of MARJORIE DUARTE, a student from Grade 8 – Venus, living at Purok 4, Puting Kilay, Libuac, Rosario, Agusan del Sur. Their house was completely burned, leaving them with nothing but the clothes they were wearing.
In this difficult time, we are knocking on your kind hearts to extend help.
The BARKADA KONTRA BISYO community is asking for any form of donation that may help the family start again.

• Clothes (any size)
• Food or groceries
• Blankets / bedding
• Toiletries
• Any items that may help them recover from this tragedy
