Batangas State University The National Engineering University (BatStateU The NEU) – Rosario Campus proudly welcomed University President Dr. Tirso A. Ronquillo for the highly anticipated Kapihan seminar.

The 11th Kapihan with President became a transformative dialogue that equipped participants with knowledge, foresight, and shared reflections. The sessions fostered open communication, strengthened BatStateU’s core values, and reinforced its identity as the National Engineering University.

| Voices are heard, ideas are brewing, and connections are growing! Our campus comes alive as we gather for the 11th Kapihan with the University President — a meaningful space where students and leadership meet, share, and inspire change

This moment goes beyond a simple gathering—it is a space where student voices echo, leadership listens, and a stronger academic community is forged through open conversation and shared purpose.

Through every question and every response, the spirit of the Red Spartans stands firm—engaged, empowered, and ready to lead.

Since the day Dr. Rizal opened his eyes in the realities of life and the struggles of our dearest country—Philippines—he never closed his eyes again. Not even a single second. Even after his death.

Commemorating the life of a hero who carved freedom beautifully, let us never forget to honor the contributions and sacrifices made by Dr. Jose P. Rizal.

𝐀 𝐬𝐲𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫, 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡.

Once again, let us offer prayers as we honor the epitome of strong faith, the Virgin Mary. The Immaculate Conception holiday, celebrated every 8th of December, is a day for commemorating the Catholic belief of Mary being conceived as a holy figure without the stain of original sin.

May she continue to serve as an example for living a faithful life, believing in God's miracles and works.

Ang oras ay humahabol, bawat saglit ay hininga,
Sa dibdib ng mag-aaral, bigat ang nadarama;
Mga pahinang di pa tapos, balikat ay dinarama,
Nawa'y matapos ito bago sumikat ang umaga.

Sa lamig ng gabi, kape ang tanging kasama,
Ang isip ay naglalayag sa mundong walang pahinga;
Para sa minimithing marka, ititigil ang pag-aalaala,
Sa huling hantungan ng deadline, bitaw na!

The loudest conversations are the ones that never leave your head.

They are the arguments rehearsed a hundred times, the confessions rewritten into harmless jokes, the brilliant ideas that die in the draft folder of your mind.

The world waits for your voice, not your echo. Yet, you carefully mute the truth, choosing the safety of silence over the terrifying risk of being fully heard.

Remember, the things you don't say are the heaviest burdens you carry. Start small. Hit send.
