𝗔 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵, 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.

Following the 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and the 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 held last 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, between the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 (𝗟𝗚𝗨), 𝗖𝘃𝗦𝗨–𝗖𝗖𝗔𝗧 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, concerns regarding the “𝗖𝘃𝗦𝗨–𝗖𝗖𝗔𝗧 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀” were thoroughly discussed. A unified course of action was agreed upon to protect student welfare, uphold institutional integrity, and stop the spread of unverified content.

In a unified stand with the 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 (𝗟𝗚𝗨) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, we urge every CCAT student, faculty member, and concerned citizen to immediately target and mass report the page “𝗖𝘃𝗦𝗨–𝗖𝗖𝗔𝗧 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀.”

This page has crossed the line. Unverified, unregulated, and malicious posts threaten the safety, privacy, and integrity of our entire campus community. We cannot let toxicity and misinformation define our university.

The meeting brought together the CvSU–CCAT Administration, led by Dr. Lauro B. Pascua, together with the concerned Directors, and the Central Student Government, represented by President Zyron Asty V. Bustamante, Vice President Boris B. Alano, and Senior Adviser Mr. Joseph S. Rivas. The discussion provided an avenue to collaborate, clarify concerns, and identify appropriate measures that protect the interests and welfare of every CvSU–CCAT student.

𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵, 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝘃𝗦𝗨–𝗖𝗖𝗔𝗧 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, cooperation, and responsible action. This shared commitment places the welfare of the students, the integrity of the institution, and the betterment of the entire school community.

Accomplish all the required documents and submit them to your Scholarship Unit Coordinator on or before September 18, 2026.⁣

4. 2nd Semester SY 2025-2026 Certificate of Grades (COG)⁣
(Must be on A4-size paper)⁣
*New Entrants: Photocopy of the Grade 12 Card (Front and Back)⁣
5. Barangay Clearance⁣
*Must be the original copy.⁣
*The purpose must state: “Educational Assistance Purposes / Scholarship Purposes.”⁣
*Must bear the signature of the Punong Barangay and the Dry Seal.⁣
6. Photocopy of School ID⁣
*School ID must be validated by the Library, or submit any valid government-issued ID.⁣
*Include three (3) specimen signatures using a BLACK BALLPEN.⁣
*E-copy of the National ID is NOT acceptable.⁣
