𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀: 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
Sa panahon ngayon, madalas nating iniisip na ang greatness ay tungkol sa pagiging sikat, talented, influential, o laging nasa spotlight. Pero ipinakita ni Jesus na ang tunay na greatness ay makikita sa 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱. Bilang mga kabataan, hindi natin kailangang maging bida para maging leader. Minsan, ang simpleng pag-welcome sa bagong youth, pakikinig sa kaibigan, pag-pray para sa iba, o pagtulong kahit walang nakakakita ay malaking bagay na sa Diyos. 𝗔 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻; 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲. (Mark 10:35–45)

Bilang youth, tinatawag tayong maging 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. Matuto tayong mag-care, gumabay, mag-protect, at siguraduhing walang naiiwan o nakakaramdam na hindi sila belong. Huwag nating gawing competition ang ministry; instead, piliin natin ang 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲. Hindi tayo tinawag para maging bida, kundi para maging pagpapala at dalhin ang iba palapit kay Cristo.

Kaya kung ikaw ay youth leader, ministry worker, volunteer, o simpleng kabataan na gustong gamitin ng Diyos—

𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼.
𝗕𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀, 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐔 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧

𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐒 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘—By God’s grace, Youth With A Vision has officially been recognized as a student organization under Batangas State University, The National Engineering University – 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀, the University’s 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗴𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀. The official results were released on August 3, 2026, marking the beginning of the ministry’s campus mission.

The ministry traces its beginnings to 2023, when YWAV held Bible studies outside the campus for students from different universities across Batangas City. Even before its official recognition, God had already been gathering young people to know Christ and grow in His Word.

In January 2026, the Lord placed in the hearts of the ministry leaders the vision of establishing a campus ministry at BatStateU Alangilan. Trusting His leading, the organization began processing its recognition requirements in July.

One of the University’s requirements was to gather 40 to 50 interested student members. During the membership drive on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟱, the Lord exceeded expectations as around 𝟭𝟯𝟬 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 expressed their interest in joining YWAV–BatStateU Alangilan.

YWAV–BatStateU Alangilan exists to proclaim the Gospel, disciple students, and raise Christ-centered campus missionaries who will carry God’s mission to other campuses. The organization seeks to cultivate a generation of students who will faithfully follow Christ and influence others for His glory.

Leading the organization is 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘇, together with a team of youth leaders who have faithfully served since the ministry’s early days, under the guidance of 𝗞𝘂𝘆𝗮 𝗘𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗼, YWAV 4B Head, and 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗷𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝗮.

The recognition is not viewed as the ministry’s destination but as another step in God’s greater purpose. Reflecting on this milestone, Kuya Edward Tolentino shared:

As YWAV–BatStateU Alangilan begins this new chapter, the organization remains committed to making Christ known on campus, trusting that the same God who opened this door will continue to accomplish His purpose through every student He calls.
