This meaningful event brought together various sectors of the community in a unified celebration of the province’s rich history, culture, and continued progress. The parade served as a symbol of solidarity, discipline, and pride, highlighting the active participation of organizations committed to public service and community development.

The involvement of the Philippine Red Cross, particularly the Red Cross Youth (RCY), RC143 members, and staff, reflects the organization’s unwavering dedication to humanitarian service and community engagement. Through this activity, volunteers were able to demonstrate not only their commitment to service but also their readiness to respond, lead, and support initiatives that strengthen community resilience.

More than a celebration, this moment reminds us of the strength of our community and the dedication of our young volunteers who continue to rise with compassion and courage. They prove that age does not limit the power to serve—because when hearts unite for humanity, even the smallest act of kindness can create a lasting impact.
As Red Cross volunteers, we carry a simple but powerful commitment: when the world is no longer watching, we continue to serve. We stand ready to respond, to help the most vulnerable, and to bring hope in times of disaster and hardship. This is the true spirit of humanitarian service.

– Part 3 – Afternoon Session Highlights 🌤️🎉

The final afternoon of the Youth Volunteer Formation Course with Emergency First Aid Training conducted by the Philippine Red Cross – Romblon Chapter at Montfort Academy (MA), Inc. was filled with energy, unity, and meaningful milestones.

The session focused on team-building activities designed to strengthen camaraderie, trust, leadership, and cooperation among the youth volunteers. Through interactive challenges and collaborative tasks, participants learned the importance of teamwork in delivering effective humanitarian service.

An enlightening discussion about the organization further deepened their understanding of the Philippine Red Cross, its mission, principles, and the vital role of the Red Cross Youth in advancing community-based volunteerism.

A significant highlight of the afternoon was the Election of Red Cross Youth (RCY) Officers, empowering the youth to take active leadership roles in sustaining humanitarian initiatives within their campus and community. The event concluded with the awarding ceremony, recognizing the dedication, participation, and commitment of every trainee who completed the course.

As the training officially came to an end, we proudly celebrate a new generation of empowered, united, and service-driven Red Cross Youth leaders ready to make a difference. ❤️🙌
