Even in the deepest valleys of life—when the worries, fears, and doubts seem to be getting louder and louder—your prayers are heard. 🙏

When we bring our cares and concerns to God in prayer, He promises to be there. He promises to give us His peace in exchange for laying it all down at His feet.

No matter what, keep praying. He is faithful. ❤️

Sending love today to every heart carrying something heavy this Father’s Day. 🤍

To the dads giving their all, the dads-to-be dreaming of the days ahead, the single dads carrying double the weight, and the stepdads who chose to love.

To those missing their dads, those without a dad, those struggling to become a dad, and those walking through loss.

To those with complicated relationships and to the ones who stepped in and did the job of a dad when they didn’t have to.

May you be reminded today that God sees every joy, every sacrifice, every ache, and every unanswered prayer. You are not forgotten. You are deeply loved by the Father who never leaves, never fails, and never stops caring.

Happy Father’s Day. 🤍🙏🏻

After experiencing one of the greatest victories of his life, Elijah became so overwhelmed that he ran away, sat under a tree, and prayed that God would take his life. (1 Kings 19)

He was exhausted.
Afraid.
Discouraged.
And emotionally drained.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

Because mental health struggles don’t make you a bad Christian. 🤍

Sometimes we assume that strong faith means we should never feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or hopeless.

But Elijah loved God.

Elijah obeyed God.

Elijah was used by God.

And yet he still had moments where he felt like he couldn’t keep going.

“Kahit ang mga taong malapit sa Diyos ay dumadaan din sa mabibigat na laban.”

The beautiful part of the story is that God did not shame Elijah for struggling.

God gave him rest.
God provided for his needs.
And God gently reminded him that he was not alone.

Maybe that’s a reminder for us too.

Your struggle does not make God love you less.

Your exhaustion does not make you weak.

Your mental battles do not cancel your faith.

Sometimes they simply remind us how much we need God.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
— Psalm 34:18

If you’re carrying a heavy heart today, remember:

God is not disappointed in you.

He is walking with you through it. 🤍
