Kami po ay mapagkumbabang humihingi ng tulong pinansyal para sa aking anak na si Chandria Elisse, na kasalukuyang naka-confine sa ospital dahil sa Febrile Neutropenia. Siya po ay isang Stage 4 Medulloblastoma cancer patient, at ang kanyang kondisyon ay side effect ng kanyang chemotherapy at radiotherapy treatments, na nagdulot ng malaking pagbagsak sa kanyang white blood cell count.

Ang kanyang pang-araw-araw na gastusin sa ospital ay umaabot ng humigit-kumulang ₱10,000. Kami po ay taos-pusong humihingi ng kahit anong tulong pinansyal na maibibigay ninyo para matustusan ang kanyang mga pangangailangan sa ospital sa ganitong mahirap na panahon. Kahit maliit na halaga ay lubos naming ipagpapasalamat.
