These gatherings reflect the very essence of this year’s PAGLAWIG—to journey farther, grow stronger, and create greater possibilities through collective action. When volunteers are equipped and parents are actively engaged, we build a solid foundation where children can learn with confidence and step into their full potential.

From Gingoog to Cagayan de Oro, we continue to PAGLAWIG together—bringing learning, partnership, and hope directly into the heart of the communities we serve.

When we empower our volunteers, we empower every single learner they will inspire along the way.

Last August 1, 2026, Silid Aralan, Inc. held simultaneous Volunteer Capacity Building and Training Sessions across Luzon and Mindanao—gathering our team at the Central Learning Hub and at Pagalungan Elementary School in Cagayan de Oro City. Bringing together so many passionate hearts, all united by one mission, was truly a sight to behold!

The training went far beyond learning tools and running programs. It was about diving deep into the very heart of our mission: nurturing confident learners, fostering genuine growth, and creating lasting impact through education. Seeing the enthusiasm, dedication, and openness of our volunteers reminded us once again that real, meaningful change starts with people who simply choose to show up and make a difference.

To all our incredible volunteers: thank you for saying "YES" to this mission. Your commitment strengthens our vision of empowering communities and opening doors of opportunity for every child we serve.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
The Co-Learner shall be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the approved LP for the Read to Lead Program.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
•Bachelor’s Degree (preferably a degree in Education or with units in Education)
• With teaching experience is an advantage
• Has strong advocacy for Education
• Has passion for learning
• Willing to report to the learning hub/office
• Speaks and Writes in English and Tagalog
• Proficient in using Zoom and MS Teams

• Proficient in data collection, reporting, and basic computer applications
• Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly empathetic, resilient, and resourceful
• Willing to report to hub/office
• Preferably living in Montalban (Rodriguez), Rizal

Job Summary:
