On October 3, 2025, the Memorandum of Agreement was signed between RC Cainta, represented by Good President Glenn Rentoria and the proponents of the Bright Smile Project, namely Academy of Research and Clinical Dentistry (ARCD), represented by president Dr. Joy Bautista; Phil. Dental Association Rizal Chapter (PDA Rizal Chapter), represented by President Dr. Sixto Cruz III; and Metro Rizal Doctors Hospital and Health Services Cooperative (MRDHHSC), represented by Chairman of the Board Dr. Neil Andrew de Lumen.

The Bright Smile Project is an initiative to address the challenges by individuals with Cleft lip and Palate, one of the most common craniofacial malformations which if left untreated, leads to feeding difficulties, hearing problems, speech delays, dental issues, cosmetic deformities and social disadvantages including low self-esteem, unemployment and poverty.

The MOA is for a period of 3 years, an operation for 1 patient scheduled every single year which the club shoulders the financial aspect.

The 1st patient's operation was held last October 19, 2025.

Last March 28, 2026 during the 2nd day of DisCon 2026, our newly formed RCC, Samahan ng Mananahi ng San Isidro, Montalban, was given recognition with its president, Generosa Casim, together with RC Cainta President Glenn Rentoria and officers.
