𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | The Rizalenyo Scouts successfully took part in and proudly represented the Philippine contingent at the 𝟯𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮-𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗲, held from December 14-21, 2025 at Camp Kainomayan, Brgy. San Juan, Botolan, Zambales.

This international gathering brought together Scouts from across the Asia-Pacific Region, with participants from the USA, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Cambodia, strengthening friendship, leadership, and adventure among the youth.

The jamboree featured activities that inspired teamwork, cultural exchange, and the genuine spirit of Scouting.

Our delegates returned home with meaningful learning experiences, lasting friendships, and unforgettable memories that proudly carrying the values and spirit of Scouting.

Congratulations to our Rizalenyo contingent for representing our council and province with honor and pride! 🇵🇭

Day 2: Skills, Strength, and Brotherhood!
The Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Outfit 047 of Gen. Licerio Geronimo MNHS pushed their limits on Day 2 with hands-on training in bandaging, signaling, commands, physical fitness, obstacles, and bravery tests—ending the day with an inspiring awarding ceremony. ⚜️🔥

Day 2 was filled with action and learning as the scouts engaged in a series of skill-building activities designed to enhance their readiness and teamwork. They began with training in bandaging, mastering essential first-aid techniques for emergency response. The session on signaling and commands strengthened their discipline and communication as a unit.

Scouts were then challenged through physical fitness drills and obstacle courses, testing their endurance, coordination, and determination. A bravery test followed, encouraging each scout to step out of their comfort zone and face tasks with courage and confidence.

Despite the challenges, the spirit of brotherhood remained strong, with scouts supporting and motivating one another throughout the day. The program concluded with a meaningful awarding ceremony, recognizing the outstanding efforts and achievements of the participants.

Day 2 stood as a powerful reminder of what scouting is all about—skill, courage, teamwork, and the heart to serve.

The first day marked an exciting beginning for the scouts of Outfit 047 as they gathered with enthusiasm and pride. Guided by their leaders, the scouts participated in orientation activities, team-building exercises, and basic scouting introductions that strengthened their unity and sense of responsibility. New members were welcomed, while returning scouts eagerly embraced the chance to share their skills and experiences. The day wrapped up with renewed motivation to live out the values of discipline, leadership, and service—setting the tone for a meaningful and productive scouting journey ahead.

On November 30, 2025, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Outfit 047, solemnly conducted a Philippine Flag Retirement ceremony to honor a national symbol that has gracefully served its purpose. With deep respect and patriotic spirit, the scouts gathered to pay tribute to the retired flag—an emblem that has witnessed moments of pride, unity, and resilience of the Filipino people.

As the sun gently set, the scouts carried out the ceremony with dignity, following the proper protocols in handling our national emblem. Through this meaningful act, the young members of Outfit 047 strengthened their love for country, their responsibility as Scouts, and their commitment to uphold the values and traditions of the Philippines.

It was a profound reminder that even as a flag’s service ends, the respect, honor, and patriotism it represents continue to inspire every Filipino heart—especially the youth who pledge to serve God, the country, and their fellowmen.

Scouting Kick-Off of Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Outfit 047

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Outfit 047 began their scouting journey with an exciting kick-off activity filled with learning and teamwork. The day started with a brief opening ceremony, followed by training sessions that strengthened their skills and values as true Scouts.

They learned the importance of citizenship, showing respect, responsibility, and love for their community and country. During the knot-tying session, the Scouts practiced various knots essential for camping and rescue situations. The safety training reminded everyone to stay alert and cautious in all scouting activities. They also demonstrated proper flag folding, showing discipline and honor to the national symbol.

The command drills helped improve coordination and obedience, while fun team games fostered camaraderie and friendship among the Scouts. The day ended with smiles, laughter, and a renewed spirit of brotherhood—marking a strong start for Outfit 047’s scouting year.
