Vison:
The leading anti-crime and community emergency response organization in the country. Purpose:
We exist as a solid network of volunteers from all walks of life to empower the community we serve in partnership with the government and other entities in order to build a just, peaceful, and progressive society. Mission:
To establish local ACCERT chapters in every town or city nationwide;
To organize international chapters in every nation whenever possible;
To support the Philippine Government through its various agencies in its prime duty to serve and protect the people, maintain peace and order and promote the general welfare. To empower our members to become effective and efficient agents of transformation through our design training modules. Expresses one’s spiritual beliefs while respecting the spiritual beliefs of others
Maka-Tao: - Focuses on truth, justice, freedom, love equality and peace
Maka-Bayan/Makabansa: Includes respect for law, the government of the Republic of the Philippines and its instruments, patriotism, promotion of the common good and building a just and humane society. Maka-Kalikasan: nature-loving, cares for the environment. Virtues:
Service: We provide the highest level of personal service and support to all members of the organization
Teamwork: We recognize the value of giving, contributing and working with others to make meaningful contributions to better our community and contribute to national goals. Volunteerism: We earn the trust of our members by maintaining the highest standards in all of our actions demonstrated by moral courage, trustworthiness; keeping promises and fulfilling expectations. Integrity: We lead by example, leadership with ethics and values visible and lived by through all our actions every day. Core Programs:
Community: Building strong relationships with the members of the community, establishing cohesion and support structure to promote peace and order, as well as community independence and preparedness which will enable them to immediately respond and provide assistance to those in need in times of emergencies. Anti-Crime: Community watchdog against all forms of crimes, violence and lawlessness. Emergency Response: Mobilizing networks of members which provides immediate response and assistance during calamities to the affected community. ACCERT Traffic Support Unit and Assistance Team (ATSAT): It is a program that functions mainly to assist and support Traffic Enforcers such as the PNP Highway Patrol group, the Land Transportation Office and Local Traffic Enforcers
